Ad block is security software because companies like Google and Meta do not adequately regulate their advertisement business. Fake and malicious ads are so common and they're not incentivised to change from a financial or regulatory/legal standpoint.

In absolute awe that this is the official website for Paint․NET Complete cancer covered in fake download button ads. Is this what the internet is like without an adblocker? The fact that Google allows these types of ads is insane. No wonder malware is so prevalent.

It started out with the S and X for "sedan" and "crossover" which makes sense. The Model 3 was supposed to be "Model E" but Ford apparently owns the trademark or whatever So now it goes by "Model 3" since it was the third car in their main production line. It still works.

CONFIRMED: I reached out to Rivian officially and they were able to confirm that the charging port for the upcoming R2 has been moved to the rear driver side which will make it fully compatible with Tesla Superchargers.

it looks like some IT admins are having luck with simply rebooting systems over and over. It seems the network stack comes up long enough to grab CrowdStrike's update teapawt.net/young_robbo/status/181…

Boot loop will eventually fix it. The network stack is loading and contacting Crowdstrike update before the BSoD it seems, but this depends on the load on the CDN as well. Can solve itself after 3 reboots, could take 15 or more.

What we did was use the advanced restart options to launch the command prompt, skip the bitlocker key ask which then brought us to drive X and ran "bcdedit /set {default} safeboot minimal"which let us boot into safemode and delete the sys file causing the bsod.
