Ottawa transit has a design problem that gets confused for a demand problem.
When people don't use slow, late, circuitous, infrequent bus routes it's not because they love driving.
It's because the city makes transit suck then cuts it when it doesn't work.

Canada unequivocally condemns the multi-front terror attack against Israeli citizens by Hamas.
