Tonight, Sex Discrimination Commissioner Dr Anna Cody confirmed that biological men who induce lactation are protected under breastfeeding discrimination laws.
This is nothing more than State sanctioned perversion. A biological man cannot breast feed.
It’s time to end this madness and put the interests of children first.
No Rory the whitish liquid that men secrete is NOT breast milk.
Again just because something looks similar doesnt mean it is worse in this case since the liquid doesnt even look similar.

Everyone IS angry that the economy is not supporting higher wages.
The issue is the government is increasing the minimum wage without the economic growth to support it.
This will lead wage compression, more unemployment and more business failure.

Minimum wage: £27,456.
Median full time wage: £40,911.
Higher rate tax threshold: £50,270.
The gap is shrinking. We’re being squeezed towards earning the same.
Would you be happy owning nothing and being told to be happy, as the establishment continues to expand the power of the state, leaving us with less freedom to choose our own path and making us increasingly dependent on government?
Shouldn’t hard work, ambition and individual freedom still mean something?

Squeezing the middle so hard it’s a joke. Entitled to nothing, but pay for everything when you finally pay back your student loan. This is why I left labour. There is no incentive to work hard, get promoted or ask for a pay rise. Not expecting sympathy, just being realistic

A 3.9% increase takes a 40-hour minimum wage job to £27,456/year.
Median salary for graduates 15 months after graduating is £28,500.
From tax system to welfare and minimum wage, Britain is an economy that undermines incentives for work and the development of human capital.

The truth about all of this “in fighting” stems from the reality that FILIA in Brighton stepped over the line from being a feminist conference into pushing pro-pally propaganda onto every single woman who attended regardless of their own views on the 🇮🇱 🇵🇸 issue. 🍉
I dont understand why you fail to see that a democracy is not a moral structure. Its a governing structure.
If the majority who participates in this structure dont believe something is wrong then it isnt. That doesnt change the democratic political structure.....

I know people are arguing the numbers here, but there is just a logical flaw.
There is no difference in the horror of stranger rape vs acquaintance/partner rape, but there is a difference in making the public realm more generally dangerous for women, vs struggling to combat sexual violence in a very limited proportion of private homes.
It's basically:
"Too many women are in horrifically abusive relationships and those women are probably safer on the streets than in their own home.
So let's change that.
Oh no. Not the way you think. The other way. Let's make the streets more dangerous. All women should be exposed to ever greater danger because some women are raped by men they know."
As an aside: I'm also bothered about increasing that risk for women regardless of their ethnicity/skin colour.
1/ The man most likely to rape a White British woman isn't on a small boat or an immigrant. He's her partner or her ex.
The graph by @TheEconomist is doing rounds, and @RestoreBritain , @reformparty_uk and the rest of the circus of the self-appointed protectors of White British women think that it proves their made up point: that White British women's biggest danger is immigrant men.
Well, data and facts say a different story, a story that the circus of the self-appointed protectors of White British women don't want normal people to know.
Here's the data. 🧵

Twitter's auto-translate feature is wonderful.
Thanks to that, and the existence of VPNs in the Workers' Paradise, I have discovered that the political and historical views of the average Chinese Communist are indistinguishable from your average humanities student in the West.
Actual carbon-copy rhetoric. All the same talking points. The same fantasy world. Entirely the same style.
"Mao was terrible and debased the proud history of his country."
"Oh yeah? What about [insert microwaved Leninist Alt History agitslop]".
They're just as proud of their ability to copy-paste generic scripts. Their interchangeability does not occur to them, much less bother them. They conform to the Party Line like it's their religion — which, in a very real sense, it is.
They even argue with Grok the same way when it gives them the "wrong" facts.
The similarity is unnerving, but I'm sure there are no implications there whatsoever.
(Deng was a much better and more interesting leader than Mao, even admitting that little accident in Tiananmen. China has a long and fascinating history. But you cannot convince Communists to prize competence, pick worthy heroes, or value true history. Theirs is, at its root, monkey psychology, not a coherent ideology — which is why it takes the same base form across countries, cultures, and eras.)
Many Western nations managed to "uplift farmers and the working class" without killing upwards of 30 million of them.
We did this, generally, without empowering student mobs to trash all the history we now claim we're proud of, and without massacring the wealthy and the educated on the altar of cultural revolution.
One of the many ironies of the modern Chinese nationalist is that, were it not for generals countermanding the Red Guard, the evidence they claim for their greatness would have been totally destroyed by Mao's own faction.
We have no equivalent of Mao's campaign against the Four Olds, having largely gotten over iconoclastic religious hysteria in medieval times.
We never went around killing sparrows to avert famine (which caused a surge in locusts that made famine worse) — of all our many retarded leaders, none have been so retarded as that.
Our war heroes did not hide in mountains waiting for the Kuomintang to do all their fighting for them, only to emerge and claim credit after the fact. The Communists are not war heroes. They drove the war heroes out of the country they fought to save.
We have managed to make modern nations of citizens, not subjects; and our technological prowess today is the product of invention, not theft.
We have empowered our ethnic and religious minorities, almost to a fault, while the Chinese government locks them up in camps that we consider horrors.
As is usually the case, Communist doctrines of "colonialism" and "imperialism" - the latter a Leninist propaganda trick designed to save Marxism from all its failed predictions - are spread today to spare Communism the shame of its own deeds.
And we are able (and even encouraged) to criticise our most important leaders and heroes, while the Communist Party apparatchik must debase his own intellect before he is allowed to speak.
China does have a rich and wonderful history. Mao created none of it, and destroyed much of it. The fat ass of his legacy squats on what remains.

This controversy is absolutely nuts. The Mao revisionism is *wild*, with state media demanding that foreigners bend the knee to an excrescence who killed tens of millions of their own ancestors. This ridiculous headline, together the humiliating capitulation of the sports world. Mbappe said something that anyone who has had a passing glance at history knows: Mao was not merely a dictator, but the biggest killer of the last century.
In case anyone was wondering about PRC influence in sport, you have your answer. And in case anyone was wondering about how quickly “private” Chinese companies (sponsors) can be mobilised to do the bidding of the Party State, voilá. Getting the picture yet?
This is the Whole-of- State approach in action people. Everything is the Party, and nothing can challenge it.
Major brands in China have dropped Kylian Mbappé over a clip in which the French football megastar appeared to mock Mao Zedong, China’s modern founding leader.

To us Chinese, Mao Zedong is our hero.
Mao uplifted farmers and the working class in China, united the Chinese people, led us to defeat foreign invaders, and founded an independent country so we could all live with dignity.
Mao supported the heroic struggle of the African people against imperialism and colonialism.
He was one of the greatest leaders in world history, and one of the most demonized by the West.

Replying to @janeclarejones
By "captured by the far right" she means that working class women got involved in the struggle for sexed based rights. The riff raff thought they could speak on their own terms and use words like woman rather than her favoured term "female people." When her crew tried to cancel women for attending an event to discuss two tier policing it failed because everybody had just about enough of this behaviour. When her mates at Filia tried to exclude women like me, @AjaTheEmpress, @JeanHatchet and @LightninLex it rebounded on them, because "the movement" said "hang on, this is a bit much, what did they actually do." Because it turns out women would much rather conga with "facists" than read a ten tweet word salad essay by the crone and her coven.

Considering pensioners also don’t pay NI, this makes pensioners at the new limit ~£130 a year better off than people who work for exactly the same money.
Exclusive:
The chancellor will use his budget this week to protect pensioners and those saving for their retirement as he announces plans to shield nearly one million people from paying income tax
John Healey is expected to confirm on Wednesday that the full state pension will rise by £489 to £13,036 - equivalent to 3.9%
However, the rise will push about one million people on low incomes who rely on the state pension above the £12,570 personal allowance threshold, meaning they would be dragged into paying income tax
To retain the principle that the state pension is not taxable, Healey is expected to announce a rise in the tax-free allowance for low-income pensioners to £13,036. The move will cost taxpayers £200m a year by 2030
It will rise in line with increases in the state pension over the course of this parliament. However, millions of pensioners with higher incomes - such as those who have private pensions - will still pay income tax
The Times has also been told that the chancellor has decided not to reduce the tax-free pension lump sum. Pension savers can take 25 per cent of their pension tax-free from the age of 55 up to a maximum of £268,275
There were suggestions that Healey could reduce the tax-free amount to £100,000, but he has chosen to retain the current level
The moves to protect pensioners and those saving for their retirement come after Andy Burnham announced plans to end the pensions triple lock - under which the state pension rises in line with inflation, wages or 2.5 per cent - in 2030 to help fund social care

Why should a pensioner on a £13K income be exempt from income tax when a person of working age is not? Those of working age do not receive free travel or all sorts of other discounts to which pensioners are entitled. We do not exempt people from tax based on how many dependents they have, or how much housing in their area costs, so why exempt individuals based on age?
John Healey, the chancellor, is expected to announce a 3.9 per cent rise to the full state pension while protecting those on lower incomes from income tax thetimes.com/uk/politics/art…

There is no defending this.
A two-tier tax allowance with relief for pensioners paid for by fiscal drag on working people.
And before the boomer brigade starts foaming at the mouth: I'm not interested. The allowance should rise - or freeze - equally for everyone.
