I need everyone to understand that Kenneth Conway and Morningstar Gopher have filed a lawsuit against the NFL. Read their lawsuit and examine what they are actually seeking. This is about money, not restoring the Redskins name or logo. green-silence-579.linkyhost.…
They have gained publicity through media organizations that have failed to adequately vet their claims or examine their pending litigation against the team.
At the end of the day this lawsuit complicates efforts to bring back the Redskins name and logo. Why would the NFL negotiate a return with individuals who are actively suing it?

📣 Big news from New York
Yesterday, the New York Board of Regents began backing away from its unconstitutional rule banning Native American names and images in public schools. That's a step forward, but the job isn't done.
On November 4, we'll be in front of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, asking it to strike down the ENTIRE statute. Our argument is that it discriminates by race and violates the 14th Amendment.
If the Court of Appeals doesn't agree with us, we'll take our case to the U.S. Supreme Court. That Court has said many times that state laws that discriminate based on race are UNCONSTITUTIONAL, even when the reasons sound "good."
The NAGA Board and our Cofounder will be in New York with our attorney, Chap Petersen, for the oral arguments.

Descendants of the chief who inspired the "Washington Redskins" logo accuse the football team of trying to erase them, call for a meeting with President Trump to get the name restored.
The family of Chief Two Guns White Calf says they were never asked about the name change.
"They tried to erase us, like we didn't exist anymore," said estate lead Kenneth Conway.
The descendants say the Redskins logo brought their family pride, and they want the chief to be remembered.
"They did not even ask our family for approval. They didn't ask for nothing from us. I mean, we literally got erased," said Brock Conway, as reported by WTVR.
"We're hopeful for a meeting with President Trump in order to help get this pushed forward," said Morningstar Gopher.
"There's a lot of diehard Redskins fans down in Washington, D.C. This would be a win-win, I think, for everybody. It would be a win-win for the family because it would be so honored and the history of their ancestor."
The name was removed in 2020 because liberals thought it was a slur. The Washington Commanders are building a new stadium, which is set to open in 2030.
Bring back the Redskins. It's time.

Cash changes hands. Elders get visited. Blank or open ballots leave the building. Minnesota law limits how many you can carry. Federal law bans the pay-to-vote scheme. None of it mattered.
This is the same machine still fighting every single effort to require citizenship proof and clean the rolls. The same people who call election security “disenfranchisement.”
They never stopped. They just got quieter about the receipts.

May, 2016. CNN does a segment entitled "A Day with ICE in a so-called Sanctuary City."
CNN literally rode around with ICE from the break of dawn until nighttime, watching while ICE conducted raids and arrested illegals. ICE arrested some right at their jobs.
CNN was not criticizing ICE. They were celebrating ICE. It was "exclusive access" during the Obama years and CNN considered it a privilege to get to watch ICE work.
ICE even made a "mistake" arrest. CNN had no problem with it.
Six months later Trump won the election and ICE was then labeled the gestapo.

He just opened the door to the prosecution phase nationwide, of election officials, who “knowingly” allow illegals to vote or use their illegal registrations to manufacture fraudulent votes.

Everything is building towards the midterms and Trump’s DOJ has done the “legal work” to prosecute those democrat election officials involved in fraudulent elections nationwide.
All election officials nationwide were warned in writing by the Civil Rights Division of the DOJ.
Now the CA Attorney has delivered “in writing,” the evidence of specific individuals on CA voter registration rolls, who are illegals.
They were given the choice to follow the LAW or break the LAW.
By REFUSING to remove these illegals from their voter registration rolls, they are now, “knowingly” breaking “federal law” and will earn a ticket to “federal prison.”
We were told to watch CA for a reason. That’s where an overwhelming amount of illegals are on the voter registration rolls.
