HI @AmericanAir We’ve been trying to get our controllable delay reviewed. We were:
– stuck for 6+ hours with no duty-of-care (no food, no help)
– stranded in Knoxville no transport/luggage, or accommodation
– left to cover all costs ourselves

Very disappointed with @charlesandivy who delivered the wrong colour panel - there error and 2 weeks later and many email back and forth still no idea when will be resolved. It’s not difficult
