Be unreasonable!
It's the rain season in Kampala. The rains are quite unpredictable and when it rains it really does pour. One day, I met a man that had just probably bought a sourcepan and took a ride on a boda heading wherever he was going. As soon as it begun raining he used the source pan as an umbrella!
Now I know some days you feel overwhelmed by problems and challenges before you. It looks like surely they will bring you down. However, its not time to give up. Use what you have, even if it means doing it the unconventional way like the man who turned the sourcepan into an umbrella.
I find that many people struggling with the notion that you have to look like the others, forgetting the power of being the unreasonable man or woman. It's the unreasonable crew that has indeed changed this world and not the conformists.
I am unashamedly an unreasonable man and I have made my contributions. But there more to come!

Be proud of yourself.
Reject self-hate.
Do not compare your chapter 1 in life with another person's chapter 12.
We all blossom at different phases.
You don't know what the ones you are comparing yourself with are doing to be at their Chapter 12.
I am certain you have heard the famous phrase by Theodore Roosevelt that says comparison is the thief of joy.
When we begin comparing ourselves to others, we start thinking we are inadequate, ineffectual and unhappy. We start to focus on what we lack instead of what we have.
This leads to a sense of dissatisfaction, anger and resentment towards ourselves.
In the end, you will become depressed with suicide ideation and ultimately commit suicide.
Be proud of your chapter 1.
Life is very short and anxious for those who forget the past, neglect the present, and fear the future. ~ Seneca.

1 . Invest in people or tech?
2. Satisfy shareholders or customers?
3. Cut costs or drive growth?

There’s no right or wrong here. But as someone who grew up in a country where public institutions more looked like the ones on the right, I had a (gut)feeling that these institutions were there to serve the citizens. The ones on the left more seem to serve the interests of the wealthy and mighty. I do, however, find them more beautiful and satisfying to look at.
Are equality and beauty incompatible?
Some might say equality IS beauty (and perhaps, by doing so, deconstructing ‘beauty’ into something invisible and thus lingually meaningless).
Some that beauty is not definable and subjective.
