You have multiple @omarchy machines and you wanna have control over all of them with one mouse and keyboard? here comes the "Ferry" ! what an incredible project 🔥
Replying to @MouBetter
Here it is running: one mouse moves from my two monitors down to an old netbook, and the keyboard follows the pointer. QUIC with mutual TLS, LAN only, no accounts, no cloud. MIT, early 0.1.0 preview: github.com/mmonari/ferry

hey @OmarchyUpdates would you please introduce "Station" in your page? I think it can help a lot of people using Omarchy, specially new ones touching hyprland for the first time.

YTFast 0.3.0 is out. My native YouTube Music app for Linux and Omarchy. Search a playlist, sort the songs, then Ctrl-click a few or Shift-click a range and queue them together. Borrowed a few ideas from Spotifast for this one. github.com/MayberryDT/ytfast…

Quick update on my design app: the macOS build is in progress! 🙌 If you haven't seen it yet, Omastrator is a design tool with your AI agent built in. It runs the Claude Code or Codex you already have, so there's no clunky MCP setup and no extra token budget to babysit. Got both? Pick which agent does what in Settings. The agent plays a few roles (with many more in the backlog): - Design assistant: it handles the tedious busywork like naming, sorting and organizing your layers. - Design collaborator (Co-op mode): you ask, and you watch the agent work right next to you. Its cursor, what it's touching, and Keep or Discard on every change. It doesn't take over, and you don't have to stop it to keep going. The goal is for it to feel like real-time collaboration. - Engineer: it helps you understand the code it writes. This round (call it v0.4 for now): - Another interface redesign. Slimmer chrome, so your canvas gets the focus, not the panels and toolbars, but they're still easily accessible. - Layers in 3D (X-ray). When an agent builds a design for you, tilt the page and see its structure: what's nested and where each piece sits. Switch to Blueprint to see the bare boxes. - A real Mac app under the hood: native menu bar, the Cmd keys you already know, and PDF export with real, selectable text. Next up: a .dmg for macOS testers. Want in? Reply and I'll add you to my invite list!

Update on my UI learning: Stopped the Scrimba UI course and I'm spending that same time on reading "Refactoring UI" and reached page 29 by now. hands down, It's a great book, and I say its a great book with experiencing to UI/UX design 2 apps, 2 websites before just by "try & fail" and see some YT tutorials. by page 29 you see it mentions you need to have a design system, It may look like a short sentence, but took me 6 month and lot's of headaches to came a cross something called "Design system" and how important is to limit your choices. After all of those back and forth and experiencing how to design and learn by try and fail, now I did the same as the book says (till page 29) to design "Station" and I'm very proud of myself I learned word by word of this book, I just wish I'd discovered it last year!
Update On my UI learning: I went through 38% of UI Design course by Grey Simon, so far so go but I'm not dreaming about designing while I'm sleeping yet, so I'm not engaged enough :) I'm thinking to start reading "Refactoring UI" by Adam Wathan. Has anyone here read this book?

Here comes the Best screen recorder for Omarchy 👌🔥
Reel is out! A screen recorder for Omarchy, built the way I actually wanted one. Fully keyboard-driven — start, stop, pause, and resume without leaving the keyboard. Pick a window, monitor, or area. Pause mid-take, resume later, discard if it’s bad. History, quality settings, cursor options, slow-mo, and a clean save pass all included. Still early (MVP), but it’s already what I needed. More coming.
