- 50lbs lighter
- With a flat stomach
- And a stronger, more-muscular body
That's what you'll have in 6 months if you just did this:
1.) 10g Creatine Per Day
You're 43, you sit 9 hours a day, and the belly showed up somewhere around your second kid and never left.
Diets didn't stick because they were built for 22 year olds with unlimited free time
Here's the exact plan I'd run to lose it in 90 days:
None of this is complicated. It's just a lot at once.
So don't try to do all 12 tomorrow. Cut the booze, hit your protein, walk.
Get those three easy, then stack the rest.
You only lose if you quit, and the quitting usually comes from trying to be perfect.
That's the plan. If you run it, it will work. But you've got to be consistent.
But if you want to guarantee it happens:
I've helped 900+ lose belly fat & add muscle in as little as 12 weeks.

I will never pay for traditional health insurance again.
I’m healthy, my kids are heathy, we never go to the doctor, and was still paying $1,100/mo with a $6,000 deductible.
Switched to CrowdHealth & now pay $300/mo with a $500 deductible.
If you’re generally pretty healthy, I recommend giving it a look.
I was skeptical at first but it’s genuinely an awesome company & more people need to know about it.

I wish I could say we planned it this way. The truth is we became a data company:
More members → more bills
More bills → more cash-pay prices
More cash-pay prices → better low-cost, high-quality options
Better options → lower costs
Lower costs → lower prices
Lower prices → more members
…and the flywheel spins again.
Probably the simplest most-effective diet for fat-loss:
Meal 1
- Eggs + whites + fruit + greek yogurt
Meal 2
- Lean beef + whole potatoes
Meal 3
- Chicken breast + rice + veggies
Snacks
- Protein shakes, protein chips, greek yogurt, fruit, veggies, jerky, protein bars
This plus only drinking 0-cal beverages is pretty much bulletproof.
Usually the final place we lose fat due to genetics.
(And most people have to get REALLY lean to finally see those lower abs)
But basic tips:
- Keep protein intake high
- Maintain moderate calorie deficit
- Strength train consistently & properly
- Make sure abs are getting enough proper stimulus whether from compound movements or machine/cable crunches
Spamming sit-ups won’t get you very far.
"Stop snacking if you want to lose weight"
Bullsh*t.
Below are the 11 "ready-to-go" snacks I eat almost every day to stay lean 365 days a year:
11.) Provolone cheese slices
Usually around 11g protein for 100 calories. Not all cheese is poor for fat-loss.
