These scam centers multiply like viruses and often operate invisibly. It’s crucial that we force multiply the investigators and analysts working to stop them.
Just last month, Aslan unearthed a 12,000-person Chinese money laundering marketplace using sophisticated means to wash money stolen from Americans.
We found it despite it being on no radars and mapped it from the inside with one AI operative in just a few days. Wallet addresses, transactions, offender identities and all.
It taught us that the only way to stop what operates at industrial-scale is to confront it at industrial-scale.

In coordinated operations, the Strike Force and Treasury targeted illicit marketplace Xinbi Guarantee, while agents deployed to Madagascar to help dismantle 13 Chinese-run scam compounds. With $52 million in crypto restrained in a single day, total recoveries by the Strike Force now stand at $938 million.

Massive win by Treasury and the Scam Center Strike Force. Xinbi was one of the financial arteries of the scam-compound ecosystem, moving billions for transnational criminal networks that have industrialized the theft of American wealth.
And this is much bigger than one marketplace. These are effectively fraud factories: Chinese and Southeast Asian criminal networks using trafficked labor, American platforms, American financial infrastructure, and AI to extract billions from Americans every year. DOJ is finally treating them like the transnational adversaries they are.
But a takedown is only the beginning. These networks are built to reconstitute. New name. New infrastructure. Same criminals. Their bet is that they can rebuild faster than we can find our way back inside.
That is the asymmetry Aslan exists to erase.
Last month, a single Aslan AI operative got inside a marketplace just like Xinbi and mapped it from within in days: 11,500 members, stolen card data, USDT laundering, and a 16-country fencing network with zero public reporting in the West.
They operate at industrial scale. America has to hunt, penetrate, and disrupt them at industrial scale — find the successor networks before they mature, stay inside as they reconstitute, and destroy the assumption that the digital world gives them somewhere to hide.
