I am thrilled to share that we raised an oversubscribed $82M @2048vc Fund III to lead pre-seed and seed rounds in Vertical AI, Deep Tech, Healthcare and Biotech startups in NYC and Boston.
To be exact, we raised $82,048,000 - a number that felt on-brand for a nerdy firm like ours that loves riddles, the future, Morse code, and Easter eggs.
We are immensely grateful to our LPs for their ongoing belief in our strategy and approach. We are equally grateful to the founders who have chosen to partner with us.

Today, we’re announcing Zeroset’s $5.2M pre-seed round to deploy world models into enterprises, co-led by @GradientVC and @2048vc, with participation from Leblon Capital and others.
Frontier intelligence is capable of enormously complex tasks. And yet with an abundance of general capability and mandate, automation still requires enormous handwork. The models and systems that exist today lack an understanding of the world they act in.
Robotics faced a similar problem. Building capable robots required more than compute-scaling on policies; they needed representations of their environments, encoding state and how it changed under actions. Over time, those representations shifted from hand-specified states toward learned models of the world.
What is missing in the enterprise is a general system that represents work and learns from it. At Zeroset, we believe the same paradigm that enabled progress in robotics can be applied to represent enterprise “worlds.”
We open with Nebula, a system that captures the state and traces created as people and agents work across systems, using them to model how an enterprise works and changes over time.
These models contain the decisions, dependencies, and unwritten processes bespoke to a company. They are derived from the enterprise, and they should belong to the enterprise.
Companies should be able to use the best models for their work and train them on their own operating knowledge freely. The underlying system does not need to change.

Local AI caught up way faster than anyone realizes. Sharing my thoughts having spent time in ML at Meta and dedicating the last year to getting smart on local AI.
1/ Barely anyone, not even hardcore AI power users, realizes how fast local models have caught up to the frontier. Qwen3.8 woke a few people up, but the most technical people are so frontier-pilled they've blinded themselves to the breakneck progress.
Meanwhile, normal users don't care about frontier intelligence at all. They want AI that gets the job done, but they have no idea what a local model is or how to run one.
So local is stuck in a weird spot: the people who can run these models don't care to do so, and the people who'd benefit most don't know how to run local.

In the past six months, we began putting AI operatives inside places our adversaries thought were beyond our reach.
Already, Aslan operatives have unmasked cross-border smugglers coordinating on Telegram, Southeast Asian cyber-fraud syndicates with no open-source footprints, and coordinated campaigns to subvert the American defense industrial base.
Our national security apparatus doesn't need another feed or point solution. It needs presence where the adversary operates, on their turf, at their scale.
This capital lets us take the fight everywhere our adversaries thought they could hide, multiply the reach of American operators, and begin turning back the tide of what the internet has unleashed.
Wrong will be right when Aslan comes in sight.
