Great shot of the Pleiades by @AstroBackyard 👇👍
The Pleiades ✨
My latest picture of the 'seven sisters' includes almost 5 hours of exposure time through my telescope.
This stunning deep-sky object is rising higher into the eastern sky each night and is immediately recognizable...
If you can escape the perpetual glare of the city, of course.
It's one of the best astrophotography targets in the sky - and you can start capturing it this month!
Photo Details:
88 x 3 minutes (4.5 hours total exposure)

Hello Everyone, this comet is changing its appearance by the minute. I captured it again the morning of October 3. I used my Celestron RASA telescope, ZWO ASI533MC color camera, and an Antlia L-Filter from Starfront Observatories.
Andromeda galaxy through my telescope. In about 4-5 billion years, it will merge with our home galaxy into one massive elliptical galaxy “Milkomeda”. A cosmic dance that will reshape the night sky forever.

I am looking forward to getting back to astrophotography soon. Here is a shot of the Pacman nebula captured two years ago. What have you been imagining lately?

After two years of hard work, my book is officially published! 📖✨
That’s also why I’ve done very little in #astrophotography lately—the writing journey has been all-consuming. Grateful for the support along the way!
