There are more Southern Baptist Convention churches in Texas than any other state in America.
The second largest concentration of SBC churches is in North Carolina.
Both got wiped out by the Left on Tuesday night.
The JD Greear/Russell Moore model of Christian political engagement is officially over.
It offers no serious opposition to the destruction of our nation.

Trump has been talking down to the American people for his entire second term, something he never did in the first. It started with the Epstein debacle. Now that he’s losing and unpopular, he’s going to point the finger at his own citizens with no concern for what his meltdown will do to the future of the conservative movement or the Republican Party. It’s going to get worse and uglier. The worst thing conservatives can do now is feel any obligation at all to defend this bullshit. It’s indefensible and we all know it.

🚨 WTF?! President Trump just revealed his OWN ADVISERS told him to "STOP TALKING ABOUT THE BORDER" because "NOBODY'S INTERESTED"
These people need to be FIRED. Immigration was the SOLE ISSUE Republicans won BY FAR in the election, per exit polls
"I probably got elected on the border. I can't even talk about it now because people say 'nobody's interested because you fixed it.'"
"My OWN people. They say nobody is interested in the border!"

This poll should be a death sentence for the entire GOP consultant class.
For decades, these idiots have insisted that the secret to winning elections is to ignore the people who actually vote Republican and desperately chase the approval of those who despise them.
White Americans are the only major racial demographic that consistently votes majority Republican, yet you’d never know it from how readily the GOP dismisses their concerns about immigration, jobs, crime, national defense, and wages.
And the millions of non-White Americans, of every background, who also voted for those same promises are still waiting for results too.
Republicans don’t have a MESSAGING problem. They have a GOVERNANCE problem.
And your brilliant solution is to MODERATE for a “broader coalition”?
You haven’t even delivered for the coalition that elected you!
Instead of asking how to win over people who hate you, maybe start by asking why the people who trusted you have so little to show for it.
We don’t want another rally, another fundraising text message, or another lecture about how terrible Democrats are. We want you to actually deliver on the promises we elected you to fulfill.
You don’t energize your base by demanding it clap louder while you turn your back on everything it voted for.
We didn’t elect you so we could spend the next four years fighting to save YOUR jobs. We elected you to fight for OURS.
Republicans broadly prefer doubling down and energizing the base over moderating for a broader coalition, almost the exact opposite of the GOP’s strategy over previous decades.

Sounds like Pat was a panican
In his book, “State of Emergency” Pat says that:
- Texas would turn blue because of immigration from the 3rd world.
- America is not a creedal nation
- Europe would eventually quit reproducing and would become “Eurabia,” a colony of the Middle East.
- Assimilation has failed and that we risk creating a Balkanized America where there are cultural enclaves who only advocate for their ethnic interests.
@RepRileyMoore Can we get that Medal of Freedom done?
Texas exit polling shows that the GOP lost in Texas almost exclusively due to minorities voting.
White men: +23 Republican
White women: +13 Republican Latino women: +42 Democrat Black men: +77 Democrat
All others: +10 Democrat

Governor DeSantis GOES OFF on Vivek Ramaswamy.
“How bad did they beat Vivek like a drum? Now, part of that was Vivek, quite frankly. I don't know why they would have pushed him to be the candidate there.
My mom's from Youngstown. Ohio is a working-class state, very blue-collar. You know, Vivek, he's like a tech guy, did this Alzheimer's drug, and he wants to bring in people, foreign worker on visas.
That is not the type of person that's going to sell. And I know he shot himself in the foot. I know he did a lot of other stuff to make it a real landslide against him.
But even with that, it's like, you got to meet the voters where they are on some of this stuff. I think we would have done better in Ohio had we had a candidate that was more representative or more in tune with the interests of kind of these blue-collar people that make the backbone of Ohio. But they got blown out there.”

People can get mad at @BonifaceOption if they want, but his arc was commendable imo. He went hard against the war when it started, losing followers from “plan trusters” then.
And in the run up to the election, he went hard encouraging people to still vote for Republicans, getting called a “sell out” then.
But what I see in those two approaches was courage and consistency.
Lost followers for “trooning out” over Iran.
I still am not convinced it is in our interest. The China/geopol arguments have not persuaded me.
I don’t hate Trump or want people to vote for Democrats or anything like that. I am still very supportive of him and his domestic priorities.
I am free to disagree with the administration. I am not a third worldist. I don’t have any sympathy for the Iranian regime. I don’t think this is Bush Era neoconservatism, but I still don’t think it is good.
I don’t think I represent a fringe opinion, but maybe it doesn’t matter.
I just want what is best for my people. Maybe that is what Trump is pursuing and I am too simple to understand. But maybe this also isn’t 5D chess and is a colossal mistake.
I don’t know. Even the very wise cannot see all ends. Neither can I.

Governor DeSantis says young people chose socialism because the Republican alternative is crony corporatism which resembles the Soviet politburo funneling power and benefits to a handful of elites.
“Is just screaming socialism going to work? Obviously, it didn't work in this election. And why?
I think a big part of that is, what they're comparing is not free enterprise to socialism. What they're comparing is how government gets involved in business, and you have crony capitalism. So the best kind of indirect supporters of socialism are some of these corporatist Republicans who propagate these crony policies.
Because the average person seeing that would say, wait a minute, you're trying to bend the government to funnel benefits to this corporation or that industry or this. What about having a competitive market? If you have a competitive market and you truly have free enterprise, that's going to benefit small businesses. It's going to benefit individuals.
You are going to see the standard of living rise. The problem is these young people really aren't seeing that. They're seeing just a handful of companies that have an outsized influence on our economy and on our society.
And they see government policy, for example. The Republicans in Washington wanted to do a 10-year effective amnesty for big tech where states and locals wouldn't be able to provide any type of regulatory oversight over artificial intelligence. And I'm thinking to myself, what other industry gets this? These hyperscale data centers that have become very controversial, you go to places like rural Texas, these are conservative people that are just beside themselves because these things are getting, in some of these instances, they're getting no property tax.
People say they give money. Well, not if you give them tax breaks. So they're getting subsidies in some parts of the country.
Now I think it's gotten so unpopular that they know they have to pay tax and everything. But a year or two ago, it's a much different thing. So the way you're going to end up having socialism is if you don't have a clear contrast between freedom and socialism.
If it's cronyism versus socialism, there's going to be enough people who are going to choose socialism because on the surface, it seems like, well, it's government stepping in on behalf of people. Now we know a socialist society is going to be a highly cronyist society as well. Just look at how the Castro family lived in Cuba for all these decades while their people suffered.
Look at how the Soviet Politburo lived back in the day or how the Chinese communists lived. It's human nature kind of at its worst. It's a different veneer, but ultimately, it's funneling power and benefits to a handful of an elite.”

Dang bro, you got me. Turns out the White working class and 18–29-year-olds who just abandoned the GOP in droves only did so because Trump’s countless legislative triumphs made them all so fabulously wealthy, they transformed into Champagne Socialists overnight.
The best part is that I explicitly presented this as a ROLE-PLAY EXERCISE, and your response was to fact-check the price of Bob’s imaginary steak and diagnose his imaginary son with a personality disorder.
You have spectacularly missed the point.
Millions of Americans are struggling to afford the lives their parents enjoyed. Young people are graduating with degrees they were told would guarantee them a future, only to discover that the American Dream increasingly feels like a cruel joke.
The Republicans promised them a better life but only delivered arrogance and disdain.
And when someone asks you to consider why those voters are angry, your response is to explain that their problems are imaginary, their expectations are unreasonable, and their unemployed children must be defective.
You were supposed to be role-playing a Republican strategist trying to win Bob back. Instead, you demonstrated exactly why Bob left in the first place.
Congratulations. You’ve proven my entire argument better than I ever could.
This is all just fantasy, though.
This isn't "your center-right take, Reilly," or something - it's just reality. The number of H1B visas given for Microsoft per month here is 2x the total...annual...number of H1Bs awarded. Streak costs $9.99-12.99/lb at an urban Kroger, not $30. Any young, male Big10 tech grad who can't get a job has some DEEP personality issues.
Etc etc. This is the same kind of crap young BLACK men have been wallowing in for decades.

The “Brad” ad by Sanders. Vivek’s Christmas crashout. Mike Johnson saying young white guys playing video games are why Medicaid is broke. $20 burritos. Hinson’s comments.
The only message to young white men from the GOP is “we absolutely hate you with every fiber of our being.”
No wonder the 18-29 year old white male demo shifted 45 points.
If the GOP is going to win again, it needs to be the party of Brandon Gill and Jace Yarborough.
They are the model.
Things HAVE TO change.
I still can’t get over how tone-deaf Ashley Hinson’s ‘29-year-old living in his mom’s basement’ comment was the day before the election.
Nearly half of Americans aged 18–29 still live with their parents. For most of them it isn’t a lifestyle choice, it’s simply the least expensive option available. Housing costs, stagnant entry-level wages, and student debt have made independent living out of reach for a huge share of young adults. And these issues, to be clear, started long before the Trump administration.
Too many Republican politicians still mock the symptoms instead of acknowledging the actual problems. Republican politicians will continue to lose with young voters until they realize that.
