Especially in Johannesburg. The DA won with 144 when they had only 105 seats. The EFF had 30. Balanced by FF+.
They even called the DA a better devil. If my memory serves well, when they couldn't find each other with the DA, Julius said they would vote with the DA even when the DA doesn't want them in order to punish the ANC.
