Isn’t this sort of scary? Why do these people who are so passionately progressive and in such vehement opposition to the Israeli government appear like MK ultra victims when asked if they want a right wing Zionist in charge of their party?

I’m a millennial we are cringe. We fell for Obama just because he was black, only for him to bomb seven countries. We fell for Bernie because he made false promises and pretended to be different than the rest of the establishment, only to turn around and enjoying the establishment. And somehow millennials keep falling for the same establishment tricks every 2 to 4 years. If anything, Gen Z is far less cringe and has a much better understanding of revolutionary politics than millennials have.
AOC: A note for Gen Z. If you want to understand millennial cringe, what you all call millennial cringe, this earnestness, imagine all the seats we flipped last night. That feeling, plus, on top of it, electing the first Black president ever. And on top of that, you did it the first time you ever voted. That hits generationally. You’ve been chasing that feeling ever since.
And because you did it the first time you ever voted, you’re like, ‘Yeah, we can change the world. Why not? We did it the first time. Let’s just do it again.’

This is starting to feel like when everyone got permission to say Biden should drop out.

I’m sorry, but everyone focusing on ousting Schumer, including AIPAC Cory Booker, suggests to me that Schumer is being held out as a sacrifice to make it look like progress is being made when, in fact, he was on his way out anyway. I’m highly suspicious of those who are all in on ousting Schumer but silent on Jeffries.
🔥 JON STEWART ON @SenSchumer: “Someone has to meet this moment… you need to do is remove that system of seniority from Democratic politics. It’s a bullshit system and it needs to go. Schumer fought tooth and nail against half of these fucking people.”

November NBC News Poll:
Chuck Schumer 13%
Hakeem Jeffries 18%
Donald Trump 33%
The “Democratic” party is going to install Schumer as Leader and Jeffries as Speaker despite the fact that they have lower approval ratings than Donald Fucking Trump.
Liberals got played so hard, but if it’s any consolation, everyone gets played by the duopoly. The function of both parties is not to serve the people, but to serve the rich and powerful.

JUST IN: Netanyahu’s family has been taken to court by housekeepers accusing them of physical and verbal abuse inside the prime minister’s residence.
@grok, is Sara Netanyahu accused of assaulting and shoving employees into walls?
Start with yes or no.

And he’s eligible to run for president. Remember, El-Sayed would not be the first Jr. Senator to become president seemingly out of no where. This isn’t Kamala Harris people. He’s a PROBLEM.

Don’t think I’m joking when I say Abdul El Sayed is the most dangerous politician in the country right now.
He’s going to be Obama 2.0. And normally I would call someone of his ilk Obama 1.5, except this is the rare case that he’s as well spoken or better than Obama and he’s dangerously charismatic.

The midterms were a rejection of Trump, not an endorsement of the Democratic Party, which remains even more disliked & distrusted than the Republican Party.
Which is why the Dems work so hard to keep Greens & people-powered candidates in general off the ballot.
Election day’s so called blue wave was due to the tremendous sustained nationwide grassroots mobilization to reject Trump’s authoritarian and corrupt behavior, as well as opposition to the genocide in Gaza, ICE’s attacks on law-abiding immigrants, and the war on Iran. Rather than engaging in self-congratulations, we need the Democrats to focus on rejecting their ownership by the oligarchs and enacting a revolutionary agenda such as outlined by the Green Party to lift the 99%.

Remember when the Democrats didn't release the Epstein files when they had power?
Are they going to release them now?

If you’re wondering how hard it is to get a rape conviction, it took six women, all of whom
testified against him, to get the jury to believe he raped only one of them. Now imagine how hard it is when a woman on her own is trying to get justice against her rapist.

The AOC & Mamdani endorsements of AIPAC leadership tells you all you need to know about the actual agenda of the upcoming Democratic Congress.
To force their hands to retract these disastrous endorsements: Register Green. Power concedes nothing without a demand....

Guys, guys, I just called my Dem Congressman's office to tell him I don't want Jeffries as speaker and before I was even done with my preamble, the staffer said, let me guess what you're going to say...he said he's been hearing it all day and then he asked me what I'd like to see Democrats do and had a 10 minute conversation with me. He even asked me to repeat some items from my laundry list so he could write it down.
I also called my Senator. Who has also been getting calls about new leadership.
