Terrible series from the falcons. Two incomplete passes then a shanked punt. The 49ers aren’t in a good place to score quickly, but now have 4 minutes and a shorter field. Can just run regular offense.
With news that NYG are moving Skattebo to a more complimentary RB role… Def saw that coming. Folks were a little too excited by his play style in the draft. Nice player, but a role player in the NFL.

You love to see it. Had David Walker in my final 2025 mock draft to the 49ers in rd 4. Didn't fit as well for Saleh as he would have for Raheem Morris.
The David Walker breakout is no fluke at this point after beating both Steelers tackles for a sack yesterday. He leads the entire NFL in pass-rush win-rate per @PFF (26.3%)

In general, the 2027 1st is off limits, except in the case an elite level in his prime player becomes available (cap flexibility is another hurdle).
But I do believe this is a year to go all-in, and I do believe the org feels that way too. So buckle up!
