Article 138 of our Constitution is clear on how a President is declared.
The People’s Coalition on Electoral Reforms @Reforms_Ke proposes amendments that keep the IEBC Chair to that role: aggregating results already declared and live-streamed in 290 constituencies and the diaspora.
Kenyans deserve an election they can verify themselves.

Kijana,I'm a pure Luo from Siaya,never felt ,never been marginalized in LMM and I remain a faithful supporter of @edwinsifuna ,I don't worship any other God and just for clarity sake,I don't want to be in any group to validate my support.
There seems to be an uncomfortable pattern of sidelining and undermining Luo voices within Linda Mwananchi by individuals entrusted with leadership in the movement.
I received an audio recording of a meeting in which deeply troubling and undermining remarks were made. Soon afterwards, I alongside others, had been removed from various official groups with zero explanation.
We cannot champion inclusion in public while practicing the exact opposite internally.
This tendency deserves honest scrutiny!

Twaha Mwaipaya, a Tanzanian national, was reportedly abducted at around 2pm today in Kamulu, Machakos County, by individuals travelling in three vehicles, including a Toyota Land Cruiser hardtop.
He was travelling by taxi to visit friends. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to reach out immediately. Authorities must urgently establish his whereabouts and ensure his safety.
