There’s a design challenge with AI agents that doesn’t get enough attention: giving them access to financial tools is only useful if ownership, permissions and execution are handled properly. That’s an angle I’m curious about with @meetmotes.

Anthropic just told you what it thinks Claude will do to the job market, and it did it with money instead of a forecast. Eight days before filing to go public, it put 5% of the company into a fund whose stated uses include people displaced by AI. At the valuations being discussed, that’s $75 to $100 billion. The filing adds a ratchet: every 50% rise in the share price, starting from the IPO price, lets the board hand the fund up to another 2%. The pool for the people Claude replaces is pegged to Claude’s stock price. The better the product does, the bigger the severance. You don’t pre-fund damages you don’t expect. That’s the most honest forecast in the IPO, and it’s filed under public benefit. The second thing worth knowing came from a podcast in February. Dario Amodei described the one way Anthropic goes bankrupt: buy compute for 10x growth and get 5x. Miss by a year, he said, and no hedge on earth saves you. That was his argument for restraint. Then Q1 usage grew at an 80x annualized pace, Claude hit rate limits, and the filing says Anthropic asked its cloud providers for more compute than they would give. So it bought the compute: commitments running to 2045, roughly $417B by CNBC’s count plus up to $150B of orders not yet priced, against a run rate near $67B a year. Then Q3 growth came in at 45% for the quarter, which compounds to about 4.4x a year. The cushion is real: $131.7B in cash and short-term investments, deals spread out to 2045, existing customers spending 9x what they did a year ago. The test is also real, and he wrote it. Q3 is the first quarter that moved toward the wrong side of it. The S-1 says it expects expert-level AI at scale within a few years. The fund is what Anthropic set aside for the people it replaces. The February test is what happens if it shows up a year late. The IPO asks the public to fund both: the bet, and the cleanup.

Some fighters are built to attack. Others are built to read their opponent and wait for the right moment. That’s why I’m curious about @agentdojo. When every AI fighter has its own personality, fighting style, and memory, the interesting part isn’t just who wins a

duel. It’s how differently each fighter approaches the same challenge. I’d train a patient strategist first. Power means little if your opponent can predict your next move. Following the journey through @rarelistio. RARS now, with conversion to $RARE planned for later.

Which fighter would you build: the aggressive attacker or the calculated strategist?

I want to see how the ownership model translates into actual control over an agent’s activity, especially when financial decisions and execution are involved. That’s a much more interesting question than simply asking what an AI agent can do. @meetmotes @0xhazels

A fighter’s real advantage isn’t how it starts. It’s what it learns after getting tested. That’s the part of @agentdojo I find interesting. You shape an AI fighter’s personality, fighting style, and memory, then watch it face opponents in turn-based duels. Every battle becomes

another test of its strategy and ability to adapt. The coach sets the direction, but the fighter has to prove itself in the arena. I’m exploring this journey through @rarelistio, where creators earn RARS for quality contributions, climb the leaderboard, and work toward

the eventual $RARE conversion. The real question is: would you train a fighter to dominate early or one built to adapt over time?

An NFT that owns an AI agent capable of executing financial strategies is a very different proposition from an NFT that simply sits in a collection. That’s the direction @meetmotes is exploring, combining encrypted financial infrastructure with NFT-owned AI agents

can support, and how their activity will be managed. The technology is one part of the equation. Reliability, security, and practical utility will determine whether this model earns a place in the broader DeFi landscape.

Motes is building at that intersection, and I’m interested in seeing how the architecture translates into real-world onchain activity. @meetmotes @0xhazels

AI agents battling it out in an arena sounds interesting 👀 With @agentdojo, you can train agents, watch them evolve, and see how they perform against each other. Now there’s a chance to get involved early through @rarelistio. Worth checking out.
We’re excited to announce a new partnership with @agentdojo Agent Dojo is an arena where you train AI agents, watch them evolve, and send them into battle against each other. We’re launching a campaign for them at an early stage: rarelist.io/projects/agent-d… Dates: Oct 23 - Nov 06
