He died at 8:00 a.m on 3 November 2026, aged 30. The club said they were "heartbroken, with a lump in our throats"
When he was 16 years old, he tweeted that he needed to pass every subject or his parents wouldn't let him travel to Tenerife. He passed and later signed for Tenerife
He scored six goals in his first five official games. The most prolific debut in the club's 103-year history

Having sex with someone who has HIV doesn't automatically mean you'll contract it, even if it happened just once. The risk depends on the type of sex, whether a condom was used, and the person's viral load.
Also, people living with HIV who take their antiretroviral drugs (ARVs) consistently and maintain an undetectable viral load cannot transmit HIV through sex. That's what we call U=U (Undetectable = Untransmittable).
If the exposure just happened, please don't panic, but don't ignore it either. There's a medication called PEP (post-exposure prophylaxis) that can help prevent HIV infection after a possible exposure. It must be started as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours and no later than 72 hours, and taken for 28 days.
ARVs used to treat HIV and PEP used after possible exposure serve different purposes, so don't just take someone else's HIV medication. Visit a hospital or healthcare professional urgently for proper assessment.
And remember, you can't tell whether someone has HIV by looking at them, and you can't confirm your status without testing.
So go and test yourself! 🙃
