There is another twist to the story. The email I received today didn't even have the correct case number. YouTube DMed me and assigned a new number code to my case, saying they will stay in touch via email. Then they sent me the message below with my previous case's number code.
@YouTube @YouTubeCreators @TeamYouTube This is unbelievable and insulting. After I sent you yet another message invoking the EU DSA law and your breach of it, you offered to look into my case in your DM. Then you sent me the exact same pre-composed template message as before.

The most concrete proof that it’s AI is looking at the mouth. There are no fangs at all.
2000’s CG model keeps this all intact. The eyes are also all off. There is no texture like even the CG model has. The ear is also farther back than it should be.

It’s always been sincerely bad that they make the live action Godzilla fest shorts through crowd funding (then take down the vid and make you pay them again for the blu ray). It’s delusional though that they make the fans pay them to use AI. The fans shouldn’t let them do that.

It’s not perfect phrasing, but I always took it to mean fans see Godzilla somewhat as its own genre that carries its own specific expectations, and some G films transcend beyond. Same can be applied to 007, super heroes, whoever. I don’t see it as a backhanded compliment myself

My update for today is that there is no update. @TeamYouTube didn't respond to my last email. After I responded to their typo-ridden, improperly formatted, contradictory email that sidestepped my questions and concerns, I still received no satisfactory reply written by a human.
@TeamYouTube I request help after my channel was demonetized due to claims of "misleading family content", even though my content istn't for kids. I have sent emails detailing my issue and asking for help but I received a badly formatted, contradictory and error-laden response.
