86 ARRESTED. 766 TRUCKS PULLED OFF THE ROAD. Nearly $1 MILLION in stolen cargo recovered. All in 3 DAYS across 4 STATES.
Illinois. Indiana. Iowa. Ohio.
Operation Highway Shield just exposed what's really happening on our highways.
This wasn't a routine DOT check. They targeted driver qualifications, CDL fraud, and unsafe operations — and what they found should alarm every driver and every family on the road.
The results:
51 people detained for being in the country illegally.
21 of them were behind the wheel with non-domiciled CDLs issued by California and New York.
36 drivers failed basic English proficiency requirements.
766 drivers and vehicles placed out-of-service.
86 operators arrested — for offenses including road rage and domestic violence.
Nearly $1M in stolen freight recovered.
In THREE DAYS.
Now think about this:
When a driver gets arrested mid-run hauling 80,000 lbs, what happens to that truck? That load? Who's paying to recover it? Who's liable if something goes wrong?
Because here's the question nobody wants to answer:
Somebody hired them.
Somebody handed them the keys.
Somebody was supposed to verify they were qualified, legal, and safe to operate that rig.
Pulling dangerous drivers off the road matters. But does accountability end at the steering wheel?
After 86 arrests and 766 out-of-service orders — should trucking companies face real consequences for putting unqualified drivers on the highway, or is it all on the driver?

Sec. of State candidate @MaxForIndiana wants to tackle Indiana’s chameleon carrier problem by
-detecting suspicious business filings
-improving coordination between state and federal authorities
-closing loopholes
-protecting legitimate trucking companies.
The ONLY MSM reporter I’ve seen cover chameleon carriers AND Max’s proposed solution is @CierraReporter at @WTHRcom.
Now, let’s look at how the other candidates responded.
@BeauBayh: “If fraud is occurring, why isn’t it already being investigated?”
Baby Birch would rather ask why someone else hasn’t fixed it than explain what he would do. And the broader CDL safety debate, including licenses issued to noncitizen drivers by states like California and New York, deserves more than a deflection.
@GregforIndiana : The current administration could have already acted.
Thanks, Greggo. But what would YOU do about it? Pointing fingers is easy. Explaining how you would address the problem is a little harder. And let’s not forget Ballard’s own record of helping bring Infosys to Indianapolis, which HEAVILY relys on H-1B workers.
@LauriforLiberty: Fraud prevention should cover more than just chameleon carriers.
Of course, fraud prevention should be broad. But when someone raises a specific public safety problem, maybe explain how you would address it before changing the subject.
Keeping Hoosiers safe on the road should be worth more than pointing fingers or giving generic answers.

Here's the whole interview with Kaylub Giamonco, the hero from the shooting at Silver Rail Elementary school in Bend, Oregon. I'll revisit this on today's #TheGunGuyShow on @93wibc at 5pm.

What’s actually going on in Ukraine is that there is a massive incentive difference between the elites and the people.
The former have grown very rich off the hundreds of billions flowing to Ukraine, while the latter’s children are conscripted to die in trenches.

Nice!
Replying to @RonDeSantis
our first time voting in Florida after leaving our sad state of California (where their voting is RIGGED) ! I bring red votes with me and voting YES on 3 !!!!!!!!
I disagree with the almighty Turd on this one.
There was a time in this country (many decades ago) during the building of this country’s infrastructure where workers were being aggressively abused.
Unions have had their place and time, but most are destructive today and take advantage of employees like the corporations used to do.

Maybe I slept through my youth and didn’t realize every “Boomer” had a chance to go to college. You know, like all the kids do today…
Just imagine, had we had the option of borrowing money to go. How much better off we would be today… Hell the youngsters would be so pissed off at us, because our tuition would’ve been cheaper than their’s.
One thing I do know is, back in my youth, the only choice I had was the military. Go serve, go fight for this country AND if you make it home the VA will pay you a monthly fee for college!
Back in those days, college was for someone wanting to be a doctor, lawyer, politician, engineer. Not all the crazy ass degrees they have now days!
So, stop all your bullshit about, Boomers have everything…because your young ass is 100% wrong!
Last thing, I’d guess less than 5% of your young asses would’ve signed up knowing you were probably going to war….

Voted early today in Indiana. First vote was for Max Engling. Make sure your Sheriff vote is for a diehard conservative as well. Jails are made for a reason. Fill ‘em up. Restorative justice does not work.

Trey Gowdy personifies how "The Swamp" works
Jim Jordan has taken Gowdy's place
Lot's of threats and a few hearings to appear to be doing something
In the end, doing nothing
It's kabuki theater for the gullible and stupid
Trey Gowdy spent eight years in Congress grilling everybody like he was about to crack the crime of the century.
Now he’s on television explaining Washington to the rest of us.
Trey, sweetheart, you had a badge, a gavel, and a front-row seat.
We wanted accountability, not an eight-year audition for a talk show. 😂

🚨 IT'S OFFICIAL: Elon Musk is giving $10 BILLION DOLLARS in SpaceX shares to America's children, directly, ON HIS OWN
This is the DEFINITION of a patriot! 🇺🇸
Elon's critics will STILL take the money for their kids! 🤣
"The move is designed to give young people a direct financial interest in the future of space exploration and technology."
With roughly 72 million kids in America and SpaceX shares at about $146, that's around $10.5 BILLION
And he says it's only the FIRST of many.
While Democrats call him a villain, Elon is handing ownership in America's greatest company to every child in the country!

The tale of two WWII torn countries:
France:
>Liberated by the allies
>Rebuilt
>Loose immigration policies
>Riots, no-go zones, and burning cars
Japan:
>Two nukes by the Allies
>Rebuilt
>Strict immigration policies
>Low crime, high trust, still Japanese
The moral of the story?
Nukes do less damage than liberal policies.

I don’t mean to defend Somalis on this, but it’s important to keep in mind.
ALL of these Somali scams you are hearing about: daycares and all the rest, you’re going to find that it’s ultimately white people running the scam (and profiting the most). The Somalis are the front people, their names are on the application. But you’ll find they are renting properties and buying services from their handlers.
I am not saying the Somalis are innocent. What I am saying is there is another, much nastier and much greedier layer behind them.
There is some serious corruption in this country. And as necessary as deportations are, the worst offenders aren’t deportable.
Careful @Indy_reporter_ you could be on a list🤣
Chance Taylor just made a video attempting to replicate @wesleybryangolf fastest round ever recorded on the PGA during a tournament.
Wesley did it in one hour and twenty nine minutes.
Waking with a caddie and carded a 69.
Chance used a cart, no caddie and shot two over in 59 minutes, which makes Wesley’s feat more impressive!!
Hey @PGATour ,
Free Wesley!
