We're really proud of @BeeslackLibrary. There’s lots of reasons to visit here: to use the resources, get support with school work, to find good information and to choose books to read for pleasure. Mrs Wren is here to help!

I have had lots of teachers asking me if they can use my children’s stories to make online videos for their pupils. Normally you have to get the author’s permission but please feel free to do whatever you like with my books at this time. Use them at toilet paper if that helps. x

I’ve been collaborating with teachers from all over the UK to build face shields for those that need them most. Now is the time for those with the skills to come together to help others. S1-3 can expect some themed design soon. #smile #awkward #3Dprinting #prusa #COVID2019

We also showcased the work we did in relation to our author visit from @tompalmerauthor with a film created by Mrs Wren. It was amazing to see all the creativity and great quality on show while dealing with the powerful themes in Armistice Runner. We remember. @BarringtonStoke

Great to celebrate success today with our new S2 classes as we signed off on Read for the Future for another year. A fantastic effort saw us break last year’s totals with over 1,100 books read this year! #strivetobesuccessful @BeeslackLibrary

Too many children are growing up without a school #librarian. Too many communities don't have the benefit of a local #library. Too many prisoners can't access a prison #library. Tonight is a celebration of the power of #librarians and the need to do more to fight for them #CKG19

Librarians and Authors are like Strawberries and Cream. Now, there's a thread to start....
To the legendary, inspirational Ms Theresa Breslin @theresabreslin1. I have admired your work for so many years. To share this night with you was my honour. Librarians without authors are nothing- we complement each other like strawberries and cream... #ScottishBookTrustAwards
