Catholic civilization is not built upon the cheers of statistical parades. ​ The Church stands upon the bedrock of Thomistic thinkers, the holiness of saints, the spilled blood of martyrs, the precision of Canon Law, and the profound sacramental reality of *ex opere operato*.
