Despite repeated efforts by Stephen Hedger, an Obama Defense Dept. political appointee, to block identification, location and access to several active duty and retired DoD witnesses, the @HouseBenghazi Select Committe was eventually able to interview them. Once the committee overcame stonewalling from Hedger, the DoD witnesses were cooperative and provided significant new material to the committee. Of the 24 witnesses from the Defense Department that were interviewed by the committee, 17 of them had never been interviewed previously by Congress regarding the attacks in #Benghazi. This erodes the argument constantly made by Obama Administration apologists that the House Benghazi Select Committee was unnecessary simply because there were previous #Benghazi investigations by other Congressional committees.

Bryan Pagliano was a State Dept employee with an unusually high 6 figure salary for an IT specialist. He was also being paid in cash on the side by the Clintons to build the personal server @HillaryClinton would use for work emails, violating her own State Dept policy. Pagliano built Hillary's homebrew server in a room once used as an office for her presidential campaign on Washington DC's K Street. He used remnants of a computer from Hillary's failed 2008 campaign to build the server. Pagliano could have provided the House Benghazi Select Committee with valuable answers as to why Hillary didn't provide a full production of her emails related to the #Benghazi attacks, but he invoked the 5th Amendment to protect from self-incrimination. Had Pagliano testified, he could have explained why Hillary's server was reportedly down during 2 key time periods: August 2011 (during the US invasion of Libya) and October 2012 (the weeks following the #Benghazi terrorist attacks.)

Flashback to when Obama went on Letterman a week after the Benghazi attack to lie to the American people. Obama blamed the Benghazi attack on a video even though he had known for days that the video had nothing to do with the attack. It was terrorism. The election was coming up and Obama wanted to make sure the Benghazi didn't hurt him, so he went on Letterman and lied. Obama lying on TV before an election. Some things never change.

FRANCE | CIVIL UNREST AND TRAVEL SAFETY France has deployed approximately 70,000 police officers and gendarmes nationwide amid another weekend of demonstrations. Major tourist attractions, including the Louvre, have closed, businesses have boarded up, and transportation services have been disrupted following last weekend's violence. If you're an American traveling in France, my biggest recommendation is to stay away from areas where demonstrations are taking place. You don't need to be participating in a protest to find yourself caught in violence, trapped by road closures, or affected by someone looking to exploit the unrest to carry out a crime or attack. The best way to stay safe is to avoid these environments altogether. Don't go out of curiosity, don't stop to film, and don't assume that a large police presence means an area is safe. Here are a few tools worth knowing about if you're traveling in France: (1) U.S. Embassy Paris and STEP step.state.gov/ Enroll in the State Department's Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP) to receive security alerts and important updates from the U.S. Embassy. (2) FR-Alert fr-alert.gouv.fr/ France's official emergency alert system provides warnings and safety instructions to mobile phones in affected areas. (3) Alerts.live alerts.live/ An interactive map displaying reported demonstrations, security incidents, and other disruptions. Treat reports as preliminary until verified. (4) Sytadin sytadin.fr/ Real-time traffic information around Paris to help identify road disruptions and plan alternate routes. (5) RATP Traffic Updates bonjour-ratp.fr/en/info-traf… Check Paris public transportation disruptions, including metro, train, and bus services, before traveling. One important reminder: Not all these tools provide real-time information, and unofficial incident reporting can be incomplete or inaccurate. Use multiple sources and prioritize official emergency instructions. Situational awareness isn't just about recognizing danger when you're in it. It's about knowing enough beforehand to avoid putting yourself in that situation in the first place!

At the 10/22/15 @HouseBenghazi Select Committee hearing, Rep. @MarthaRobyAL questioned @HillaryClinton regarding her actions and decisions while her ambassador had gone missing during the #Benghazi attacks on 9/11/12. During this exchange, Hillary confirmed that she left her State Dept office and went home while the #Benghazi attacks were ongoing and that she spent time at her Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) there. When Rep. Roby asked if Hillary was alone at home that whole night, Hillary mockingly burst out in laughter and explained this was a good time for "a little note of levity" during the hearing regarding deaths of Americans for whom she was responsible. youtube.com/watch?v=BQ7qfnaY…

What was happening behind the scenes 👇
Also as a note, Jordan was using my research for his questions. I had just closed the loop and found Clinton blamed the video before the shooting stopped but was fired before I could brief Jordan. So he went into his questions with 3/4ths of the story.

On 10/22/15, Hillary Clinton testified at a @HouseBenghazi Select Committee hearing without the benefit of the committee receiving all of her documents and emails pertaining to the #Benghazi attacks. A request was made by the Select Committee for a separate hearing to discuss why she chose to use a personal server for her State Dept business emails and why she deleted a large number of the emails, but Hillary rejected it. In the 10/22/15 hearing, Rep. @Jim_Jordan confronted Hillary with 3 separate records that unequivocably proved that she knew the #Benghazi assaults were deliberate terrorist attacks, which stood in stark contrast to the lies she told Americans in her official statements. Most significant was the transcript of a call between Hillary and the Egyptian Prime Minister within 24 hrs. of the #Benghazi attacks, where Hillary stated "We know that the attack in Libya had nothing to do with the film. It was a planned attack." Despite her attempts in the hearing to divert attention away from the #Benghazi attacks and focus on anti-video protests, Hillary could not escape her own words proving she knew the truth and chose instead to lie to Americans, including the families of the dead. youtube.com/watch?v=N2PLNngN…

The @HouseBenghazi Select Committee received 105 email exchanges from the State Dept on 6/25/15. This production is significant because it was made only after a non-government witness provided 179 additional pages of email exchanges with @HillaryClinton on 6/12/15. 59 of the emails produced by the non-government witness had never been provided by the State Dept to the committee despite the fact these emails were clearly responsive to previous requests and fully within the jurisdiction of the committee. It is impossible to logically interpret this behavior as anything other than obstruction on the part of Hillary's State Dept. A continuation of withholding records that the Select Committee had every right to demand. This withholding of emails exposed Hillary's assurance that all public records had been returned to the State Dept as a total lie.

When the @HouseBenghazi Select Committee made a formal documents request on 11/18/14 to the State Dept for @HillaryClinton's #Benghazi emails, the State Dept did not disclose that it too didn't have them, nor the fact that it had been trying to secure them from her over the prior 7 months. On 12/2/14, the committee wrote David E. Kendall, Hillary's attorney, requesting all of her emails related to #Benghazi from her private email account. Kendall didn't repond until 27 days later and referred the committee back to the State Dept. This “Who’s on 1st?” routine orchestrated between Hillary's private lawyer and the State Dept, which is supposed to be an apolitical governmental diplomatic entity, is shameful. It was not merely Congress and the people it represents who were misled and manipulated, the State Dept and Hillary's email arrangement delayed access to information on what happened to four brave Americans in #Benghazi and the Obama administration's dirty cover-up. The manner in which Hillary concealed, self-scrutinized and self-selected taxpayer-funded records during and after her tenure makes it impossible to ever represent to the families of those killed in #Benghazi that the record is whole.

Benghazi Cmte/Clinton email misconceptions: 1. Cmte didn’t discover her private emails. OGR staffers did. 2. Emails weren’t seen as important. Many State officials used private email. 3. 3/2/15 NYT story sparked Cmte interest. 4. Cmte consensus: Obama admin leaked to NYT.
After the @HouseBenghazi Select Committee learned that @HillaryClinton was using non-government email addresses to send State Dept business emails, it was then discovered that she was using her own personal server for the same communications. Using her own server for both personal and State Dept communications was significant because it gave Hillary complete control over what emails were saved and what emails were deleted, including those related to the #Benghazi terrorist attacks. In a display of arrogance, she was also knowingly violating the explicit policy of her own State Dept that requires all agency employees to archive their work emails to comply with federal record-keeping laws. As pressure ramped up, Hillary held a 3/10/15 press conference at UN hq where she confessed to deleting more than 30,000 emails she deemed "personal" from her tenure as secretary of state — and wouldn't allow access to the private server she used to send them. Only Hillary's most loyal disciples have the blind trust necessary to simply accept her being the arbiter of which emails from her own server she would release to investigators, and which emails she wouldn't.

The State Dept's first production to the @HouseBenghazi Select Committee of 15,000 pages of documents contained few emails sent to or received by the State Dept’s senior staff. In fact, the production included only 8 emails sent or received by @HillaryClinton. But these 8 emails were all from two non-government addresses: “[email protected]” and “H.” This was the first time the State Dept. produced emails from Hillary Clinton. It was also the first time the Select Committee became aware that Hillary used a private email account to conduct State Dept business during her tenure. The Select Committee was not informed at the time, or at any time until immediately before media reporting, of the extent to which Hillary Clinton relied on private email and a private server to conduct State Dept. business.

The Obama Administration’s efforts to impede the @HouseBenghazi Select Committee investigation succeeded, at least in part. The White House in particular left large holes in the investigation by denying the Select Committee access to documents and witnesses—often hiding behind vague notions of “important and longstanding institutional interests of the Executive Branch.” The committee ended its work without having spoken to anyone that was in the White House Situation Room on the night of 9/11/12. Under John Boehner's leadership, the committee interviewed only one prominent Obama White House witness: Ben Rhodes. Only two committee members attended that interview. It made two document requests; the first was more than 7 months into the investigation. Additionaly, @HillaryClinton's State Dept. withheld a number of documents from the Select Committee based on “executive branch confidentiality interests,” an administration-constructed privilege not recognized by the Constitution.

Thanks for all the well-wishes and prayers for us. We are in a safe place for the time being. After witnessing some of the ugliness first hand in Paris last night, I cant emphasize Sarah's warning enough 👇
If France showed us anything these last 24 hours, it’s that we have to stand strong on pushing for mass deportations. There should be no gray area on this!
