He said 60 to 90. I'd like to see something a bit after 90 days, because that's when the points incentive for holding shares drops. So, we might just want to wait until the points farmers get their shares for having kept the bottom from falling out:

Tip: To discourage a buyer from consistently making LTO payments at the end of a grace period, add a financial penalty for late payments. I don't think this is possible with platform-based LTO deals, but you can build it into a contract when negotiating a private deal.
