Dinner: made more patties—I had mixture left from yesterday. Served slightly differently with the red cabbage/carrot salad and had it with giant Greek butter beans. I’ve managed to make 6 patties from ½ a small cauliflower, small sweet potato, 1/2 onion, bit of broccoli & peas 😋
