The fact that a Man is toasting you while you are Married does not Mean they will Marry you When you leave your Husband.
Worst thing is that you just made them Understand that you cant be Trusted.

No matter how tough life gets for you, someone else is be facing an even harder battle. Never let your struggles make you blind to others. Show empathy. Be kind. Everyone is fighting something. You never know what someone is going through behind closed doors.🔥
How do you greet a snake you know has been crawling behind your back, but still comes around smiling in your face? 🐍 Do you expose the snake, avoid the snake, or simply watch how comfortable it gets thinking you don’t know? 👀😂😂🤔

Four years ago, I too had commitment issues. Social media had almost convinced me that family is just emotional baggage. I avoided serious talks with my girl, fearing she'd discuss the future of our relationship.
Then I worked under an unmarried female manager in her mid-forties, a workaholic but deeply depressed. She was one of the most depressed human being I've ever seen; working with her was a nightmare because even after 11 hours of ass grinding she would ask us to do more work.
In April 2024, she bought a house and invited everyone for the vastu puja and dinner. Besides colleagues and some random people, she had no one. Her parents were already dead, and she had no relationship with her brother who used to live in some another city. She stayed late at the office because she had no one at home. As you age, you need a partner. That woman changed my whole perspective, money and vacations are important but family is also important, you'd go crazy living alone.

To buy a house in Canada as a newcomer, you need a down payment: at least 5% of the first $500,000 of the price, then 10% of anything above that (up to $1.5 million). If you put down less than 20%, you must buy mortgage insurance (CMHC), which gets added to your loan.
Lenders also check your credit score (aim for 650+), steady income, and whether you can handle higher payments under the stress test.
For a typical $500,000 home in Alberta, the minimum down payment is about $25,000. After insurance, your monthly mortgage payment is roughly $2,700 at current rates over 25 years. That does not include property tax, home insurance, or heating.
Keep all housing costs between 25–35% of your take-home pay. Save money and build an emergency fund first. Limit money sent back home so you can actually afford the house. There are no shortcuts.

Healthcare NOCs that actually get draws in Express Entry:
Straight talk: If your work is in healthcare or social services, the category draws are one of the clearer windows right now. You need 12 months of full-time experience (or equivalent part-time) in the last 3 years in one of the listed NOCs. Canada or abroad both count. It does not have to be continuous.
Here are the 37 eligible codes under the Healthcare and social services category:
TEER 1:
31100 Specialists in clinical and laboratory medicine
31101 Specialists in surgery
31102 General practitioners and family physicians
31103 Veterinarians
31110 Dentists
31111 Optometrists
31112 Audiologists and speech-language pathologists
31120 Pharmacists
31121 Dietitians and nutritionists
31200 Psychologists
31201 Chiropractors
31202 Physiotherapists
31203 Occupational therapists
31209 Other professional occupations in health diagnosing and treating
31300 Nursing coordinators and supervisors
31301 Registered nurses and registered psychiatric nurses
31302 Nurse practitioners
31303 Physician assistants, midwives and allied health professionals
41300 Social workers
41301 Therapists in counselling and related specialized therapies
TEER 2
32101 Licensed practical nurses
32102 Paramedical occupations
32103 Respiratory therapists, clinical perfusionists and cardiopulmonary technologists
32104 Animal health technologists and veterinary technicians
32109 Other technical occupations in therapy and assessment
32111 Dental hygienists and dental therapists
32120 Medical laboratory technologists
32121 Medical radiation technologists
32122 Medical sonographers
32123 Cardiology technologists and electrophysiological diagnostic technologists
32124 Pharmacy technicians
32129 Other medical technologists and technicians
32201 Massage therapists
42201 Social and community service workers
TEER 3
33101 Medical laboratory assistants and related technical occupations
33102 Nurse aides, orderlies and patient service associates
33103 Pharmacy technical assistants and pharmacy assistants
The punchline is simple: being “in healthcare” is not enough. Your reference letter must match the main duties of one specific NOC on this list. Wrong code and you sit outside the category draws even if your CRS looks fine.
No agents. No fairy tales. Confirm your duties on the official NOC site and check the current IRCC category page before you build your plan around it.
