Pence’s Chief of Staff was an FBI asset who set out recruit White House staff as informers.
Did he recruit Pence?
November 2016 at the briefing of Trump transition team, Peter Strzok and Lisa Page were getting Pence CoS to spot people for "potential relationships" with the FBI!
My thoughts on the Midterm Results:
My heart breaks for our country. Despite the best efforts by so many to support Republican candidates and call conservatives back to our principles, our Republican team suffered a historic defeat.
This midterm election wasn’t a rout, it was a reckoning. The American people have rejected our party’s shift toward economic populism, and our majorities in Congress and state legislatures and governorships across the country paid the price.
But like most people of faith, I’m an eternal optimist. I know that with God’s help, we can save our movement—and our country—again. We can return the Republican Party to the timeless principles that have led to our greatest successes and, more important, have made America strong, prosperous and free.
The conservative comeback starts today. Let’s get to work. 🇺🇸

My wife has taught high school in Tokyo for twenty years.
Every year, a few of her students spend a year living with a family in America. When they come home, she asks each of them one question.
"What do you miss?"
She expects hamburgers.
She almost never gets hamburgers.
And these aren't old stories. Most of these kids came home in the last two years.
"Every time I left the house, my host mom said, 'Text me when you get there.' In Japan, nobody needs to know where I am. In Ohio, somebody always did." (Mina, 17, Ohio)
"If you walk toward a door, an American will hold it open. Even if you are very far away. So you have to run. I ran to so many doors." (Itsuki, 16, Georgia)
"My host brother screamed on the floor of a grocery store. A stranger walked by and said to my host mom, 'You're doing great, Mama.' She almost cried. I didn't know strangers were allowed to say that." (Aoi, 17, Texas)
"We went away for the weekend and left our trash can at the curb. When we got back, it was by the garage. Nobody said who. My host dad said if it had been there one more day, the neighbor would have knocked." (Haruto, 16, Minnesota)
"A car got stuck in the snow in front of our house. Four men came out of four houses. Nobody called them. They pushed, the car drove away, and they went back inside without saying their names." (Ren, 17, Michigan)
"Every American has jumper cables. Maybe half of them know which clip goes where. The other half help anyway." (Shin, 16, Montana)
"In July, my host family put a cooler on the porch. Cold water, snacks, and a sign: 'For our delivery drivers. Thank you!' I asked if they knew the drivers. They said no." (Nanami, 16, Arizona)
"Downtown, there are banners on the lampposts. Photos of soldiers from the town. Some old, some very young. My host grandpa walked me down the street and told me every name." (Yuna, 16, Iowa)
"I got a C-plus on my first test. My host dad said, 'I'm proud of you,' and put it on the fridge. In Japan, nobody is proud of a C-plus." (Takeru, 17, Pennsylvania)
Then the quietest girl in the class raised her hand.
Sora. Seventeen. Missouri.
"Nobody asks me 'home safe?' anymore," she said.
She was wrong.
In September, there was a typhoon warning for Tokyo. At 2 a.m., Sora's phone lit up.
It was her host mom. In Missouri. Watching the weather in a country she had never been to.
"Saw the storm. You home safe?"
Sora told my wife she cried for a long time. Then she typed the answer she had typed a hundred times, from football games and friends' driveways.
"Home safe."
Her host mom wrote back one line.
"Good. That's all I needed."
My wife has asked that question for twenty years. Not one kid has ever said they missed how big America is.
They miss how America says goodbye. And how it checks that you got home.
So, America. You think you've lost something.
You haven't. It's on a porch in Arizona. It's pushing a car in Michigan. It's awake at 2 a.m. in Missouri, watching our weather.
You don't remember doing any of it.
A kid in Tokyo will never forget.

No. You didn’t. You are absolutely 100% wrong. You did nothing of the sort. @NRSC Senate Republicans under YOUR “leadership” did nothing. Nothing.
You had the chance to begin the process of saving our election system from the radical left. By passing the SAVE America Act. But K Street either didn’t care or opposed it. So why bother, right?
Because the GOP Senate only does what can be monetized via those endless lobbyist dinners / fundraisers. If it can’t raise you money? Probably not worth doing.
And you BERATED @BasedMikeLee for trying to get you to work full weeks, to try to pass the SAVE America Act. Or to work a weekend sometime. Or not to recess for weeks in March and then again recess for a month in August. You and your fellow GOP Senators told him that nobody cared about the SAVE America Act. That he needed to sit down and shut up.
And the American people watched you, day after lazy, do-nothing day. And how you literally could not come up with a single idea to manage the Senate rules to get the bill passed. You just could not figure it out. Because you really didn’t and don’t care. And because you just are clueless.
What’s all the fuss, you say. It’s not a big deal to you that our election system has been taken over and manipulated by the left. That aliens by the hundreds of thousands are on our voter rolls, that there are illegal votes by the thousands in the election results…and that it matters. It matters to the USA. But not to you @LeaderJohnThune
So now, you don’t have to worry about it. You don’t have to be in charge of producing meaningful results for the American people. They just sent you to your room without any supper. I’m sure you must be relieved. You and your fellow GOP colleagues who just flat couldn’t be bothered to figure out how to save our elections.
Well done, you. What a waste of space you’ve been as a leader. That term should never be applied to you or to your inner circle.
Utterly disgusted by the lot of you. You did this. Tuesday was the Thune election. You own it. Hope you’re happy.

We're in a new era of communication, and only one side seems to be living in it. The old guard consultant class is about to be relegated to the dustbin of history.
If you think that high prices lost the election for the right, you don't understand marketing. Humans have no problem paying a premium for a good quality brand. Notice the word "brand", not "product". Are Nikes better than New Balance? Nope. But the brand is better. And notice what happened when they tinkered with the brand and screwed their core narrative? Nike stock fell through the basement. Did the product change? Nope. The brand did.
It's not the product, it's the brand. Results don't sell the product, the storytelling does. Will these newly-elected commies lower prices? Of course not. Are they gonna get you free healthcare? No, your insurance is gonna get even worse, just like it did the last time they tried socialized medicine. They're not going to do anything they've sold you, but...like Saul Goodman said: if you're committed enough, you can make any story work.
The committed storytelling of a couple insane podcasters was enough to fracture an entire political coalition from their own side in less than 2 years...they have zero power, zero credibility, they've never actually governed anything nor produced any results, but...they're good storytellers, and that's all that matters. Are they telling a good story? No, it's atrocious, but they're telling their atrocious story effectively and compellingly.
It is 100% true that everything's too damn expensive, and we all know that inflated prices are always sticky. Does anyone know that it's entirely the result of shutting down the global economy over the flu and (both naive republicans and democrats) printing infinity dollars for several years? Nope...because nobody has effectively told that story, and it's an unsexy story to tell. "Free stuff!" is a VERY easy story to tell, and when everyone's gotta take out a second mortgage just to pay their insurance premiums, "free healthcare" is an unbeatable story. It doesn't matter that "free healthcare" doesn't exist and socialized medicine is a terrible product...it's not the product, it's the brand. And "FREE!" is a great brand.
You can't get mad at people for having the financial literacy of a 9 year old. I mean, you can, but they outnumber you a million to one, so it's not going to be productive. You need to figure out how to make an unsexy story sexy, or else the "free stuff!" crowd is going to eat your lunch every time. If you give people a choice between earning a six pack on a treadmill or taking Ozempic, they're gonna choose Ozempic...they don't care about the side effects. If you give people a choice between fiscal discipline or free stuff...guess what they'll pick? They don't care about the side effects.
With projected growth of 5%, the economy right now is stronger than it's been in generations. Is that the story you hear? Nope. Is that the vibe you feel? Absolutely not, especially when every time you fill up your gas tank, it feels like a diesel enema.
It's not the product, it's the brand. A great product can fall into oblivion with bad messaging...a single bad review from one effective storyteller can tank a restaurant. The "influencer economy" is lucrative for a reason; everybody inherently understands the importance of effective storytelling...except the right. Zohran Mamdani gets it...he has an army of influencers on staff. In a perfect metaphor of this transitional phase of old guard vs new wave political messaging, Zohran nuked the Vice President into oblivion with maybe the biggest ratio in the history of the internet. By simply posting the subway assistant meme, Mamdani got 2 MILLION likes, quoting a post from the VP that had only 10K likes. If you're reading that sentence thinking "this is fucking ridiculous, you're talking about social media likes as political analysis now?"...you are the problem.
Yes, this stuff matters. Rizz matters. The President did a masterful job of this kind of retail politics in his historic 2024 campaign...you can be angry that this is what politics has been reduced to, but you can either adapt or die.
"No the problem is, you didn't deliver enough for the American people!" Are you a moron? Since when does anybody care about that? What have democrats delivered for Californians in the last 20 years? Unmitigated wildfires, homeless drug zombies everywhere, roads that look like Fallujah in 2004...people don't care about results. They think they care about results. That want you to believe they care about results, just as Nike wants you to believe their shoes are better than New Balance...but at the end of the day, all people really care about is the swoosh.
Adapt or die.
Guys, I hate to break it to you, but most political advisors are so bafflingly incompetent, it would make your head spin. All the talented communicators go work in Hollywood or at Saatchi and Saatchi, and these political bros never tap these agencies for help...I've connected several campaigns with literally the best marketing geniuses in the game, got them discounted rates, even...and they just never even bothered calling. It truly feels like a lot of consultants and candidates just want to lose.
You ever wonder how my ads went so massively viral, but there's not been a single candidate who's come close to it? It's their dumbass advisors. I didn't go with any political advisors, and they were SO mad about it. I partnered with a filmmaker and marketing wizard, instead of political grifters. Why? Because I wanted our messaging to be effective. Political ads suck. Nobody watches them. I wanted people to want to watch my ads. The fact that nobody else understands this is...I honestly don't know how to explain it, other than they want to lose.
There are a bunch of candidates who love it when their party loses power. It takes all the heat off them, because then they can't be expected to pass legislation when they're in the minority, plus they can fundraise way better off of the rage when the opposition is running roughshod over the country. Baffling to watch.

Doctor, 45, who committed massive Medicare fraud stealing more than $45million and splashing the cash on multimillion-dollar homes, cars and collectibles is jailed for 15 years | Wilko Martínez-Cachero, Daily Mail
A California doctor who defrauded Medicare of more than $45 million and used the cash to buy multimillion-dollar homes, pricy cars and opulent collectibles was sentenced to 15 years in federal prison, the Department of Justice announced Friday.
Violetta Mailyan, 45, had been convicted in May by a Central District of California jury on nine counts of wire fraud and three counts of obstruction of a criminal investigation of a health care offense for her scam to fraudulently bill Medicare for Botox injections she never gave.
Mailyan, of Glendale, purchased five pieces of California real estate using the money, as well as two Tesla cars, including a Cybertruck.
Her case serves as one of the most striking recent examples of Medicare fraud as Vice President JD Vance spearheads a task force to tackle the scam artists.
The DOJ previously said Mailyan had four properties in Surfside and Glendale, California, with a combined equity of about $7.3 million.
She also bought luxury goods, including a $12,000 17th century crossbow and a $3,000 painting of Ludwig I, Crown Prince of Bavaria.
Prosecutors said Mailyan owned and operated the Healthy Way Medical Center clinic, which claimed to provide beauty and cosmetic services. She billed and received Medicare payments for thousands of injections that were never provided.
Mailyan also billed for thousands of injections, worth more than $19 million, that were supposedly provided on days when her clinic was actually closed.
As she carried out the scheme, Mailyan billed for providing the injections when she was actually on vacation in Mexico, Hawaii, Las Vegas, Pennsylvania and New York at different times.
Mailyan billed over $200,000 for supposedly providing the services to patients in California when she was actually relaxing on the beach in Cabo.
A photograph from Mailyan's phone presented by prosecutors showed a gorgeous scene at the Mexican hub on the same day she billed Medicare $34,560 for services she claimed had been rendered in Glendale.
Medicare reimburses medical providers for Botox injections when they are needed to treat documented cases of chronic migraines.
However, Mailyan billed and received payments for thousands of injections that were never provided or were not provided for said migraine treatment.
Prosecutors said Mailyan falsified medical records to try to cover her tracks once investigators were close to cracking her fraud scam.
She also forged Medicare beneficiary signatures, including for a man who was imprisoned during the time she purportedly provided treatment.
Mailyan even submitted those falsified records to federal investigators in an attempt to make it seem like she had seen patients she had not actually seen.
She did this after receiving a grand jury subpoena seeking medical records, according to prosecutors.
It was not immediately clear when Mailyan's prison sentence would start.
Prosecutors said Mailyan had been identified as an 'extreme outlier' among doctors who received Medicare payments for Botox.
She was paid six times the next highest group of providers, who were all neurologists.
On top of being sentenced to prison, Mailyan was also ordered to forfeit more than $16 million worth of property, including bank funds, personal property, real property and securities.
She was also told to pay approximately $32.9 million in restitution to Medicare.
Mailyan faced up to 20 years in prison for each of the nine counts of wire fraud and five years in prison for each of the three obstruction charges.
The DOJ touted that its work to combat fraud supported President Donald Trump's task force to eliminate fraud.
Trump has undertaken an aggressive effort to eliminate fraud in government, establishing a task force on the topic in March and putting Vance in charge of it.
Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services administrator Dr Mehmet Oz claimed in October that the 'Chinese mafia' may be orchestrating Medicaid fraud through senior care centers.
Oz delivered letters of warning to senior centers in Flushing, Queens, as part of a multi-agency federal probe.
He told Fox News Digital that 'the whole experience was suspicious' at his trips to Kent Senior Care and Evergreen Adult Day Care, saying the 'Chinese mafia' may be paying people to help facilitate the scam.
New York Democratic Gov. Kathy Hochul promised the state is engaging a 'massive effort to combat fraud and abuse' in Medicaid.
Last month, Trump announced a $25 million program to encourage the public to blow the whistle on suspected fraud in the government.
The White House said that under the Fraud Whistleblower Incentive Program, anyone who submits a tip that leads to a fraud conviction or a significant federal enforcement action is eligible to receive up to $30,000, and that the Justice Department will administer the program.
During the announcement, Trump said payments would amount to one percent commission on the amount of fraud the tip helped uncover.
Trump added that he would decide who received the reward money in cases where more than one person claimed to have provided the tip.
The President also revealed last month that more than 20 million seniors would receive surprise Medicare payments of $90.
The payments were aimed at helping eligible Medicare Part B enrollees cover their premiums.
Trump claimed those Americans were overcharged during the Biden administration through fees used to operate HealthCare.gov, leaving the federal government sitting on hundreds of millions of dollars in surplus funds.
'That money belongs to hard–working Americans, not the Government, and now, I am returning it to you!' Trump said in an accompanying letter, CBS News reported.
The Daily Mail has reached out to Mailyan's attorneys, Mark Hardiman and Phillip Kanarsh, and the DOJ for comment.

HAMMER: “Listen, you can’t complain that you can’t save for anything if you’re choosing not to. It’s fine if you don’t want to.
“If you would rather go out to eat, that’s fine. But then don’t complain that you didn’t get to save for retirement, that you didn’t get to save for a house. You made that choice, and that’s okay. But own it.”

We investigated Minnesota’s election system, asked questions, did not sign any documents, and walked away without casting a single vote.
Instead of addressing what our reporting revealed, the mainstream media is too busy turning investigative journalism into a crime.
They can call me names, twist the narrative, and threaten me. But if they think unsubstantiated felony charges will stop me from exposing corruption, they clearly haven’t been paying attention.
See you in court, @MaryMoriarty
The mainstream media once again claiming it could take WEEKS to determine who won certain elections and how many seats go to each party in the House of Reps, etc...
On top of this, MORE errors with machines, with up to 250,000 ballots impacted in Westchester County NY, which was first claimed due to "paper thickness," now changed to a programming error.
They have months to prepare, so what changed? Why are there so many errors in Blue states where Red waves are taking place?
And if it was a programming error, any machine that gets an "update" needs to be recertified before being used again due to verifying nothing else was uploaded to the machine and the machine is working properly.
We should NEVER have this many issues in our elections, and it seems to happen a lot more when Republicans are winning.

This is what happens when activist judges side with criminal illegal aliens over Americans.
Marcotulio Melendez Diaz, a Honduran illegal alien, was released into the United States under the Biden administration in 2024.
ICE arrested him, and an immigration judge ordered his deportation. But a Clinton-appointed federal judge ordered him RELEASED.
Just two days after his deportation order became final in October, Melendez Diaz allegedly raped a woman inside her Minnesota home while working as a handyman. He now faces a first-degree criminal sexual conduct charge.
ICE had him in custody, a federal judge ordered him released, and now an American woman has suffered a horrific crime that could have been PREVENTED.
EXCLUSIVE: A Honduran illegal alien who was arrested by ICE in Minnesota during Operation Metro Surge, issued a deportation order, then ordered released from ICE detention by a Clinton-appointed federal judge on "due process" grounds has now been arrested & charged w/ raping a woman in her Minnesota home while working as a handyman after his release. Police say the rape was captured on the woman’s internal home surveillance video.
Authorities in Ramsey County, MN have charged 42-year-old MARCOTULIO MELENDEZ DIAZ with felony 1st degree criminal sexual penetration w/ coercion. According to the criminal complaint, on October 11th, MELENDEZ DIAZ allegedly overpowered and repeatedly raped the female victim in her own home in Mounds View, MN against her will while working as a handyman, and the assault was captured on the woman’s internal home surveillance system video. He is in custody on $150,000 bond and will face up to 30 years in prison if convicted. ICE has placed a detainer on him.
ICE sources tell FOX that MELENDEZ DIAZ was initially caught and released at the Texas border by the Biden administration in April 2024. ICE arrested him in Minnesota in January 2026 during Operation Metro Surge and transferred him to ICE detention in Texas where he initially crossed the border illegally. An immigration judge issued him a deportation order on 3/30/2026 and MELENDEZ DIAZ appealed. But on 8/7/2026, a federal judge in the Western District of Texas, Judge Orlando L. Garcia (Clinton appointee) ordered MELENDEZ DIAZ released from ICE custody and granted his habeas petition on grounds of “due process”, and MELENDEZ DIAZ made his way back to Minnesota.
The Board of Immigration Appeals then rejected MELENDEZ DIAZ’s appeal on 10/9/2026 and issued him a final deportation order, and two days later, police say he raped the Minnesota woman in her home.
Frustrated ICE sources say this alleged rape would have never happened if MELENDEZ DIAZ had remained in ICE custody.
I’ve reached out to Judge Garcia’s office & courtroom deputy for comment.

THE FBI FOUND THE LAPTOP UNDER HER BED. STILL DRIPPING.
Thursday, a Detroit townhouse. Agents pulled a MacBook out from under bags of clothes stuffed beneath the bed. Prosecutors say it had just been dunked in water: "Droplets remained on the screen and touchpad."
The townhouse is Zainab Hakim's. She is 23, and prosecutors call her the ringleader of a federal conspiracy to terrorize University of Michigan regents, campus police and the Jewish Federation of Detroit until the school cut its ties to Israel. Glass jars of noxious chemicals thrown into family homes. Fake bloody corpses on a regent's lawn. Red inverted triangles painted on their houses, the symbol the government says Hamas uses to mark a target.
A judge let her out on bond in June over the government's objection.
Monday prosecutors asked Judge Judith Levy, who has the case, to lock her back up: "Perhaps this court believed her when she said she would comply with all her conditions. But she lied."
Twelve people are charged now. One of them, Mariam Odeh, drew two paychecks from Abdul El-Sayed's Senate campaign in March. His campaign says she was gone by mid April. El-Sayed is the Democrat on Michigan's ballot today.
Asked about this case in June, El-Sayed said: "It's a lot more about what you're advocating for that gets you indicted or not indicted, rather than what you did."
Nobody hides their advocacy under a bed. 💎
