Obama should have never been president and was never even legally on the ballot in 2008, when in 2012, 3 Democrat operatives were confirmed to have forged signatures, giving Obama enough to be placed on the presidential ballot. The 3 operatives were later charged and convicted. Obama was never legally elected and should be in prison.

Neffenger ran TSA under Obama, joined Biden's 2020 presidential transition team after he chaired Smartmatic's US board with DeGregorio. DeGregorio chaired the Election Assistance Commission, the agency that certifies voting machines, from 2003 to 2007. He was a top executive at IFES, which helps run elections abroad, and he led a USAID-funded elections project in Bosnia. He later joined Smartmatic USA's board. His earlier company, Everyone Counts, ran the 2008 online presidential primary for Democrats abroad. In April 2020, as Covid shut down primaries, Smartmatic promoted DeGregorio's push for online and remote voting. The two men also co-wrote a Smartmatic op-ed calling for more EAC funding. The ties reach Dominion too. DeGregorio steered Scott Leiendecker into election administration. Leiendecker now owns Dominion through Liberty Vote. Coincidence? No. The question is simple: Should people who sit on voting-machine company boards also be shaping the rules for elections and equipment, when they also have deep ties to globalist and communist political parties, even working for Democrats in office after working at election companies and election regulation agencies? There's no coincidence that most of these Democrats get elected while these people work for the same election companies that control our elections and then work for them after they get elected.

DOJ demands some California counties set aside ballots belonging to suspected noncitizen voters. Prosecutors sent letters to county registrars asking them to set aside and verify the ballots. The letters warn officials who knowingly count such ballots could face criminal prosecution.

This is your precursor to ballot marking devices and remote access and the ability to change a physical ballot after the last time a voter sees it. South Korea's recent elections saw more fraud as well with fake ballots and ballots running out for legal registered voters, proving that people are voting who shouldn't be, stealing legal voter's votes. Justice Department asks appeals court to intervene in California ballot case. The DOJ asked the 9th Circuit to step in before Judge David Carter rules on its request to hold back the ballots. Carter has a hearing next week, and California is asking for the case to be dismissed.

Federal judge orders Trump administration to halt noncitizen voting investigation in 9 states. Our greatest threat comes from within, and many reside on the bench in our own courtrooms. Judge Araceli Martínez-Olguín in Oakland said the government was using "flawed" citizenship data, and that its field operations likely broke the Voting Rights Act's ban on voter intimidation. Unless it's overturned on appeal, her order blocks the operations in CA, CT, GA, MO, NV, NY, PA, WA and WI through Election Day. A USCIS whistleblower said the target list includes U.S. citizens.

Supreme Court allows New Hampshire to restrict use of student IDs in voting. The justices paused a lower court's order on New Hampshire's voter ID guidance, saying courts shouldn't change election rules right before an election. Justice Jackson was the only dissent.
