I mean, just an all-time TV segment. Making Chuck do Who He Play For multiple times in a row with the same players is a brilliant idea and I was legit crying laughing by the end, my god.

Congrats to these brave girls. Every adult who has refused to stand up for them should watch this video with shame.
Tonight in Washington state, nearly half the Camas High School girls cross country team refused to compete against a boy on their own team.
He switched from the boys' team just one month ago.
Now he's placing in every meet.
Courage always wins.

9/2 🤔’s from Anna Maria 🏝️
Just some reflections on my heightened awareness of what needs to be most important to me as I continue on my journey….
I’ve spent everyday since 7/28 with my 92 year old Dad. We call him Big Clint. He plays much bigger than 5’7”! 😎
He’s a walking exclamation❗️ point for aging gracefully.
He asks for help.
He accepts help.
He thanks 🙏 us for the help.
He doesn’t want to miss a moment with either Christian, Maddie, Karla or me.
He doesn’t hear that great(Karla reminds me I don’t either 😎) however he asks questions when he is confused.
He thanks us for taking the time to repeat for his clarity.
My dad is making the most of every day. He misses Mom every day however there are more smiles now and fun memories shared.
He prays for all of us and reads his devotional every morning
I hope to become the man my dad is. He’s still my hero today and will be forever.
Which brings me to this thought…. I see many of my contemporaries still chasing life or something else. We spend money we don’t have to buy things we don’t need to impress people we don’t like.
We sacrifice health and family for the accumulation of wealth and eventually most of us sacrifice our wealth to reacquire our health and families. I’ve been guilty of all of this. I made my amends years ago and have put my best focus on being kind and of service to others for the rest of my days. Some days I get it right.
One last reminder for me and maybe you……🤷♂️
🤔
It's strange how we postpone taking care of ourselves.
"I'll start next week."
"I'm too busy."
"I'll rest later."
Until later chooses us.
Let’s not let later choose us.
Make a difference today

How about @GaryWoodland’s close to the media: “thanks, you guys are awesome.”
Another awesome story of the 2026 season has been Gary Woodland. After recovering from brain surgery and battling PTSD, he’s just qualified for his first Tour Championship since 2019 by finishing T4 at the BMW Championship.
His press conference has it all. Emotion, celebration, and then he also had a laugh about his top off the 9th tee.
Gary is playing some incredible golf and it’s so good to see him make it to East Lake. What a story it would be if he won the FedExCup!

….so when @THEgenoauriemma asks the question? Why is this even an issue? Here’s the answer Coach and we’ve been friends a long time. Trans is the central theme with the @WNBA because its media wants it to be. It’s incredibly sad, because the game itself and its talent has never been better. I’ve always enjoyed Women’s College Hoops and cover it when asked with zeal, but this League? Sorry, not interested. Some mainstream announcers enjoy scripted sports like the WWE, and that’s fine for them perhaps. Not me. These games, the Leagues governance, or lack thereof is enough for me. Sure conservative news outlets will jump on this because it’s become low hanging fruit in an election cycle. The real point to all this imo, is its a damned shame that a sportswriter can’t express himself on a player and make his or her own point about a culture war that’s inciting further a political divide without being forced to resign. Women’s Professional 🏀 has now become Mean Girls Drama, rather than doing what sports is meant to be doing in this country.
UNIFY. 🤦♂️🤷♂️
After 11 years as a sports columnist at the Seattle Times, I have decided to resign. It was entirely my choice, and it was not an easy one. The impetus was the Times declining to run a column I wrote from the perspective of two female student athletes who were opposed to competing against biological males. It was one of several pieces of mine that had been spiked, and I no longer felt like I could properly do my job as a columnist. I lay out the situation in greater detail in the link below, but I want to say that I enjoyed my time with the paper, find the talent there to be immense, and have no animosity toward anyone who works there. It was just time for a change.

Schematically your be hard pressed to find a more impressive offensive Head Coach over a two decade period. In College Football pre-Nil-portal era he was one of the sport’s most impressive and influential Coaches. Met him in 86’ when I called his game against Missouri to close his Senior year. I’ve thought and still do believe he’d make a helluva CFB 🏈TV analyst if he wanted to pursue it. I gather he’s not a fan of the sports current direction. Happy Birthday and he’s “the man almost 60!” 😊 🎂 for Coach Gundy.
Happy Birthday @CoachGundy out of Midwest City, Oklahoma; Mike Gundy leaves behind a legacy as the winningest coach in @CowboyFB history, having transformed a historically inconsistent program into a sustained national contender—Before Gundy took over as head coach in 2005, @CowboyFB had achieved only three double-digit win seasons in its entire 105-year football history. Gundy drastically shifted expectations, delivering eight 10-win seasons and a school-record 170 career victories—Despite his unmatched on-field success, Gundy’s legacy is heavily balanced by a tumultuous final few chapters. His old-school, rigid blueprint increasingly clashed with the fast-evolving world of Name, Image, and Likeness and the transfer portal, causing the roster to rapidly destabilize—Ultimately, Gundy is remembered as a legendary figure who took an afterthought program and made it a national threat, even if his tenure ended in a stark generational misalignment; 59 Today….

What makes his legacy special is that he didn’t just coach — he expanded the way it could be played. His fingerprints on the modern NBA; space/movement/creativity.
great player-knows how to play
great coach-knows how to teach. Truly special ones change how the game is played.

It’s August. The NBA season is still months away.
These are young millionaire athletes. They could be scattered around the world doing whatever they want.
Instead, the young San Antonio Spurs are gathering around their leader and superstar, Victor Wembanyama... working out, practicing, building chemistry and becoming more connected as a team.
And where did the boys go today?
Clubbing at some Paris disco? Holding court in the VIP room of a high-end gentlemen’s club?
Nope.
They went to the Louvre.
They stood before some of the greatest works of art in human history, including Leonardo da Vinci’s Mona Lisa, and posed together in front of the world’s most famous painting.
Wemby isn’t merely helping build a basketball team. He is helping create a culture, centered on curiosity, discipline, friendship and a shared appreciation for something larger than themselves.
These young Spurs are growing together on the court and exploring the world together off it.
The future of Spurs basketball isn’t just incredibly talented.
It is thoughtful. It is connected. It is cultured. And it is being led by one of the most fascinating young superstars in the history of sports.
If you don’t love these guys, you simply aren’t paying attention.
Go Spurs Go!

So her player, Sophie Cunningham, spoke up for women, but the head coach won’t?? I’m just so disappointed in this answer from a woman I have loved & respected since she was a kid and won Indiana Miss Basketball in 1995. I remember being so excited back then to interview such a strong young woman. She’s also incredibly smart. And kind. Stephanie White knows the truth. She knows better. They ALL know better, yet none of them have the courage to speak the truth. What a shame. And once again, THANK YOU @sophaller !!
