Geopolitics can significantly influence short-term volatility, deepening downtrends or accelerating uptrends. But it doesn’t turn a bull market into a bear market or vice versa.
I’m Bitcoin-only, yet after a 5 year break, I’m speaking very bullishly about ethereum:native again, even though I don’t own any.
Why?
Because of the wave - or rather, the tsunami - that is coming toward bitcoin:native.
It’s so massive and significant that Bitcoin alone cannot absorb it. Bitcoin isn’t gold. It’s still an asset with a market capitalization of just around $2 trillion.
So, some help will be needed.

The last time I owned any ETH was in 2021, and I’ll ride this cycle with only Bitcoin again. I just think that those who have held ETH for the last 5 years should not give up, as they will finally be rewarded.

Every exponential growth continuation pattern.
I promised not to talk about gold anymore, but I can see a new, coordinated wave of gold promotion approaching.
Very influential voices are claiming that gold’s bottom is in. Not just a local bottom, but the bottom. ☝️
This could clearly serve two purposes: first, to attract more exit liquidity from retail investors, and second, to minimize retail participation in Bitcoin ahead of its biggest bull run since 2017.

In Bitcoin, there is no such rule. Everyone who owns Bitcoin can win, and the losers are those who fail to buy it in time.

Those who followed the news got trapped in gold at $5K+, which is sad.

Where does 2029 come from? The 4-year cycle?

Glad to hear that there are no longer any oligarchs in Russia and that people have finally achieved a high quality of life thanks to him. I had no idea.
Before $BTC reaches its final cycle top, there will be some excellent local cycles for short-term trading. But those opportunities are for investors who are already fully allocated to Bitcoin.
Those who aren’t fully allocated should be buying it blindly at any price below $93K.

Seems like you also find Putin attractive.
The other day, I was having dinner with a university dean from the Netherlands, and he told me he had bought a substantial amount of gold.
When I asked him why, he said:
“You know, when you have extra money, people start giving you advice on how to invest it - Ponzi schemes, crypto, and all sorts of things. But I just want a safe investment. I want something that always appreciates. That’s gold.”🫢
