FBI AND DHS SEIZE VOTE COUNTING MACHINES IN TEXAS AND ARIZONA

The FBI in coordination with the Department of Homeland Security is currently seizing vote counting machines in Texas and Arizona with Nevada to follow. These states along with California share a border with Mexico a primary entry point for large numbers of illegal immigrants who crossed during previous Democratic administrations. The policy involved keeping the borders open to facilitate the influx of an undocumented population thereby securing votes without the requirement of presenting identification. The machines now under federal control contain the records of those registrations.
This situation presents an opportunity for the policies of Donald Trump. It is a case of flushing the snakes out of their dens and casting a net to catch the fish. The voter registration process requires names and addresses so ICE can locate the individuals who registered without citizenship verification. Officials who previously claimed the border crossings produced no voting impact must now address the machine data. The seizures place the full registration lists into the hands of federal investigators.
Previously when the individuals were hiding in private residences they were much harder to track down. The registration records remove that barrier and allow targeted enforcement. Americans who support secure borders and accurate elections now have the machine seizures as the next step in the review. The full contents of the seized equipment must remain under federal examination while the connection between the open border and the voter rolls is documented. The operation continues in the border states that recorded the largest registration increases.

Per Grok, even if Gov Abbott refused to certify based on an audit, the Senate would vote on whether to seat Sen Talarico on Jan 3. With the Dems comfortable new margin, the vote would stand.

Claims that Paxton refused to accept the result or demanded an investigation are fabricated and have been debunked.
The Audit Process in Texas
Texas is conducting its first full statewide Risk-Limiting Audit (RLA) for this election (required for post-August 31, 2026 contests with a statewide race). Per the Texas Secretary of State:
• Ballot manifests due November 16.
• Random selection (dice roll) November 18.
• RLA itself on November 19, 2026.
• SOS certifies completion and publishes results within three days.
An RLA is a statistical sample of paper ballots to confirm the reported outcome with high confidence. For a wide margin like this one, the sample is small. It is a routine verification step, not a full recount or a process that freezes results. There is also a subsequent post-election hand-count audit. Neither is designed to (or expected to) overturn a result of this size, and neither delays the statutory certification deadlines.
Certification Timeline (Already Built In)
Texas law sets a deliberate pace:
• Local canvasses: no earlier than November 6 and no later than November 17.
• State canvass (by the governor for this race): November 21 to December 7.
• Certificate of election issued promptly after the state canvass.
Certification is a mandatory (ministerial) duty under Texas law. Officials do not have discretion to withhold it because they dislike the outcome. A candidate-requested recount is available only if the margin is under 10% of the winner’s total (or in a few other narrow cases); this race is far outside that. Texas Election Code §221.001(1) also excludes U.S. Senate races from state-level election contests.
Senate Seating
The Senate judges the elections and qualifications of its members (Article I, Section 5). In ordinary cases of a clear, certified result with a large margin and a concession, members are seated on the January 3 organizational day. Historical challenges that delayed or blocked seating involved extraordinary evidence of corruption or fraud that actually tainted the outcome; nothing approaching that has been filed or credibly alleged here. Provisional seating “without prejudice” is rare and reserved for genuine contests.
As of November 6, 2026, the normal post-election machinery (canvass, RLA, state certification) is proceeding on its statutory schedule. No recount petition, election contest, or other legal action that would prevent issuance of a certificate of election or seating has been reported. The process is already paced by law; there is no factual basis for further delay tied to this specific race.

Continuing my immersion in Texas election law, I learned this from Grok today: Even if Gov. Abbott refused to certify this election because of irregularities, the question of whether to seat Sen. Talarico would go to a vote in the new US Senate, where Dems would certainly vote Yes.
Almost all power and responsibility of investigating these elections resides in the states.
The exception being the intense focus by HHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin @SecMullinDHS on illegals who may have voted.
Expect that investigation to continue front-burner.
The question is why there are a total of 20 million more votes in 2026 than 2022…
total for 2022 is 105.5 million.
total for 2026 is over 125 million.
I think once people understand that 118 million voters turned out in the 2018 midterms, they might be less suspicious of the difference between 2022 and 2026.
