.@danny__kruger’s response here is how most voters felt between 2016-2020, grateful and optimistic but then ultimately let down.
During this same period, “BasilTheGreat” was campaigning for the Labour Party.

I’ve tried to find myself in the video because I remember this pretty clearly.
I think I’m one row back just out of shot on the left of the screen.
It’s completely beyond me how and why Caroline has presented herself as the victim here. She was bloody rude and really quite confrontational and she did it for no other reason than Nigel is Nigel and she wanted to give him a piece of her mind.
Anything other than it being a bit of a rush and a squeeze because of the occasion is nonsense.
From what I remember Caroline was both the instigator and the aggressor.

Nigel could have stayed retired. Instead he came back, won Clacton in 2024, and put himself permanently in the line of fire.
The threats were already relentless. Becoming an MP made them worse. His home was attacked. State protection was cut to a level his team judged inadequate. Private security costs millions a year for life. Then came the attacks from inside—Rupert and others briefing against him while still in the party. Trust evaporates when you no longer know who stands with you.
Last year Nigel’s rhetoric softened, people noticed and Reform lost support - But it softened as Nigel went into self protection mode. He never had a change of heart. It was a man carrying the weight of constant death threats, media framing of everything he said as “far right” or “inciting violence,” and the knowledge that some of the worst blows came from former allies.
Then, in July, Ann Widdecombe was murdered in a targeted attack at her home. A friend. A colleague. The suspect had previously reconnoitred Nigel’s own house. For Nigel it wasn’t only the loss of someone he loved, it was the final proof that the danger is real and lethal.
What does he gain by staying? Nothing a comfortable retirement couldn’t give him. Nigel stays because he cares about the country and the people who put him there. The “smiley Nigel” you saw on GB News is the one the public has always known. The quieter, more guarded version is the one who has paid the price. bbc.co.uk/news/articles/c3vy…

🚨Labour are undercutting British wages again.
They’re making it cheaper to hire foreign workers.
Labour will CUT occupational salary thresholds for foreign workers from the median to the 25th percentile.
Translation: businesses can import cheap foreign labour for far less than the typical Brit in that job earns.
All while millions of Brits are unemployed, young people struggle, and the welfare bill is expected to balloon to £451 BILLION.
Reform will end this madness.

The Spectator reports that the terrible Sayeeda Warsi is frontrunner for Labour’s "anti-Muslim hostility" tsar.
Sayeeda previously blamed Israel defending itself for Houthi terrorists attacking cargo ships.
She has attempted to downplay the link between race and religion in the Pakistani rape gangs. Even accusing others of whipping of "hate."
She supported the “coconut” slur being used against other ethnic minorities.
In 2006, she welcomed the election of Hamas.
We don’t need a tsar at all and certainly not one who is such a naive and toxic individual.

You haven’t mentioned Tommy in over a year, but suddenly you’re praising his supposed massive contribution to your RGI? Why now and why wasn’t his involvement highlighted when the findings came out? And what exactly did he contribute?
You also claim you weren’t allowed to praise Tommy while in Reform.. but you spoke publicly about him TWICE! More than you’ve spoken about him since leaving Reform!
In Feb 2025.. you AND Nigel defended Tommy’s treatment in prison. Nigel literally said..
“He shouldn’t be in solitary confinement. I hear he’s in very bad conditions and that’s not right.”
You also said you’d contact the MOJ about Tommy’s treatment. Did you? Can you show any correspondence showing that you actually followed through? 🤷🏻♀️
Your sudden enthusiasm for Tommy looks politically convenient.. as does much of what you do, imo.
Andd yesterday Nigel made it clear he doesn’t have an issue with people holding their own opinions or supporting Tommy. He also said the conduct behind Tommy’s conviction was “very wrong, very wrong indeed.”
So, real question.. why are you and others trying to twist his words?
I have always respected Tommy Robinson for his work on the rape gangs - he gave evidence to our inquiry, and it was remarkable to hear his level of knowledge. It contributed massively to our findings.
Tommy was fair and balanced. I learnt a lot.
He has not been treated fairly by our establishment for many years, and today is the latest example of that.
To be honest, I believe it is a disgrace.
He was right on the rape gangs. The state was wrong.
They want to vilify him for that.
The media, the justice system, Labour, the Tories, Farage. It was made very clear to me when I was in Reform that I was not to praise Tommy Robinson publicly. I did regardless.
The entire establishment is against him.
My view is this - he has done more than any politician to uncover the rape gangs, and for that I thank him.

Tommy isn’t even mentioned in the RGI acknowledgements and the bits where he is mentioned are about stuff he’d already made public like his arrest back in 2018.
I can’t find anything in the report saying he actually gave evidence or helped with the inquiry.
So what exactly was Tommy’s massive contribution? What evidence did he give specifically to your inquiry?

🇬🇧 The OBR just dropped 200 pages on Healey's first Budget.
I read it so you don't have to.
Tax is at a record 37.9% of GDP by 2027-28, past the old high of 37.2%.
Then it climbs every single year to 38.6%.
Frozen thresholds are doing way too much to workers since they get a pay rise, hand more of it over.
1.8x the national minimum wage now classes you as a higher tax rate payer - what the fuck?
Borrowing @ £133bn this year. In March they said £115bn. Seven months later it's £18bn worse. And it's higher than March in every year of the forecast because neither the OBR nor treasury has a clue what they’re doing.
Debt interest at £39bn in 2019-20.
£109bn last year 😩
£160bn by 2031-32 😩😩£15bn of this year's bill is extra bc inflation's pushing up index linked gilts, and we know the uk has a structural inflation problem, partly due to the relationship between treasury and BoE.
Headroom is £14.5bn, down from £21.7bn at the last Budget.
Keep the fuel duty freeze going and it's £10.2bn.
The OBR gives Healey a 56% chance of hitting his OWN FUCKING rule.
Debt will peak at 97.3% of GDP, still 95.6% in 2031-32. Five years and it barely moves which is completely against his fiscal demands.
How it affects you?
Growth 1% next year with gdp per capita basically the same as it has been since 2019
Inflation 3.4% when March said 2%.
Zero real pay growth in 2027.
Living standards in 2030-31?
Just 2% above pre-pandemic.
But don't worry. You're getting a £100 council tax rebate.
Jesus Christ.

It’s really hard to get me down. I’m definitely a “look on the bright side of life” or “it’ll all work out” type of person.
But this Budget has genuinely left me feeling depressed. 😔
It’s not in the interests of ordinary British people. It’s not a pathway to turning this country around. It’s just more of the same. More taxes, more pressure on working people, more money being taken out of our pockets, and absolutely no real sense of hope for the future.
Where’s the light at the end of the tunnel for people who are already struggling?
I love this country, and I genuinely believe we can turn things around.. That’s why we need to rally together behind Reform and get Labour out and get as away as we can from the establishment.
