My personal brand is truth. As an investigative journalist, I hunt the truth with the goal of promoting clarity, understanding, and positive change. Uncovering systemic and institutional failures is the first step to fixing them.
This is the same town that falsely charged Chrisanna Elser with the theft of a package because of their Flock cameras. She lives just outside what will be the new gates on public roads. Great work by @spencersoicher here & of course my old friend @KyleClark 'Rogers'

Bow Mar refuses to drop its plan to shut itself off from outsiders. In mid-November, we’ll find out whether the tiny town or its neighbors, Denver and Littleton, are bluffing.

President Trump strongly defends Vivek Ramaswamy’s ad featuring Amy Acton’s estranged mom. Trump: “That took a lot of courage to do but, essentially, what she was really doing was saving Ohio from making a truly horrible choice! The Press is trying to convince everyone that this Ad is bad, because it’s so good! Who wouldn’t use such an Ad? I would, it’s called, ‘hitting pay dirt.’”

You Can See Everything is probably the most riveting film I’ve ever watched. Incredible piece of art.
Now we’re in the backlash stage of You Can See Everything. We can debate whether it’s about Elizabeth Holmes (it’s not, it’s about deception & trust — you can’t trust anyone, including the filmmakers), but there’s no denying it’s pure art. And art is in the eye of the beholder.
The @AtlantaDream take Game 3 of the WNBA Finals! ATL!
The night before Enron declared bankruptcy in 2001, I was looking through the telescope in my Houston apartment when I noticed people running on the lit-up top floors of Enron HQ. They were shredding. The next morning 7,000 people lost their jobs, including Elizabeth Holmes’ dad.
Here’s my story from that day:

I’m told Trump was embarrassed by the coverage of Zacharia’s briefing and when he polled other aides about her, Zacharia had few allies willing to stand up for her or defend her performance. The main reason he rushed to select her after growing irritated with how long the process was taking to replace Karoline Leavitt was because he wanted more people defending him on TV. When she failed to do so in a sufficient way with Sean Hannity, Trump said he knew she needed to go.
Currently on a flight where the predicted turbulence is too great for cabin service, according to the crew. From my view in coach, I can see that first class on the same plane is somehow safely immune from the turbulence.

A bunch of Karen people at a public meeting insisted that those attending had to sign in because "it's the law."
This man defied their orders and won!
Flock is on the ballot in Georgia in several races.

Records are made to be broken. But I take no pleasure in other people's pain.
The only story, other than Flock, in my 35+ year career that united both sides of the political spectrum was civil asset forfeiture at airport gates. Innocent people had their money taken. We put an end to that nationwide. Here's how we did it:

Now might be a good time to remind people that if you’re in a crowded hallway, for example, your expectation of privacy is basically zero.
Thus, even in a two-party state, the reporters are well within their right to record.
Tell me you know nothing about the law without telling me you know nothing about the law. All-party states require either knowledge or consent only for surreptitious audio recordings, or video where there's an expectation of privacy. Neither fits here.

Flock has been a big issue on the campaign trail following our ongoing series of investigations. I was on the panel for the Georgia Attorney General debate & chose to ask both candidates what they would do about citizen concerns & lack of transparency:
