Gyms are coming to airports… I had the privilege of spending time with @SecKennedy and @SecDuffy as the DOT announced a new initiative to bring gyms into U.S. airports. This is a $1B grant program that airports across the country can apply for to build real spaces for people to move while they travel. The problem is that airports, and travel in general, are one of the most sedentary experiences in American life. Think about it: the traffic getting there, the waiting, the long flights… hours and hours without movement. And we know that being sedentary is not good for us. Even 1 hour of inactivity can lead to vascular dysfunction at the level of the endothelium (PMID: 25137367, 27443851). And studies have shown that 2-3 hours of inactivity leads to a rise in inflammatory markers (PMID: 31562947, 22176839, 28323950). Imagine having a place to actually move your body before a flight or during a layover. This is the kind of change that can meaningfully improve health for millions of travellers. And the craziest part? This entire opportunity began from one story I posted in an airport. You never know who’s watching or where a simple idea can lead. Moments like this make me incredibly grateful, and remind me why this work matters. Every time you share a video or spread the message, it opens doors for conversations and initiatives like this - so thank you for your help. If you want a mini-gym in your airport, tag your local airport, tag Secretary Duffy (@SecDuffy), and share this with your friends and family. I've started by tagging the airports I frequent below. Please help us make mini-gyms in airports a reality in hundreds thousands of airports across the country! @iah @iflymia @flyLAXairport

During Covid Novak Djokovic got under the skin of every vaccine fanatic for refusing the experimental Jabs & getting booted out of Tennis & even Countries in doing so. Here a spectator yells out - “GET VACCINATED” Novak stops turns around, composes himself & serves an Ace to win the Match. Local rumours say the Man who shouted at Djokovic, sadly, mysteriously died suddenly from Heart Failure after his 4th Booster - Doctors remain baffled. Djokovic went on to become The GOAT

The idea that pandemic interventions could kill more people than the disease itself is not right-wing misinformation. It is more than a thousand years old. Writers centuries ago estimated that as many as 80% of plague deaths were due to quarantines. Hundreds of years ago, due to these writers (especially Maclean), it became consensus among experts not to mass quarantine. But in our infinite enlightenment, our public health officials decided not just to mass quarantine groups of people but in 2020 to lockdown entire societies. This has never been done before in the history of civilization. It was the first time ever, and it was far worse than mass quarantines. What did we lock down for? Not for the plague but for a bad cold. It's unspeakable stupidity. Our interventions during COVID-19 killed millions of people. We might have had just a bad virus. Instead, we had a bad virus plus the government both killing people. It was like a tag team: virus kills some, then add government on top to kill more. Great. The writers responsible for mass quarantines falling out of favor wrote about how critics of the quarantines were treated terribly, even though they were right, while the proponents were often hailed as heroes even though they were responsible for many deaths. Things have not changed. They have gotten worse. We have regressed. We did far worse things than even Medieval people who didn't have modern science did. And we did it for the cold. And the critics today are persecuted not just by their colleagues but by entire governments. And people say, "Oh so-and-so deserved it. They shouldn't have said anything." And that's not even the half of it. We call ourselves an enlightened, scientific people. But what we are is people who torture and abuse science, who consider ourselves enlightened because of that, and yet who are in fact far worse than Medievals.

My grades, education, and resume place me in the elite echelons of academia, medicine, and science. We are talking top 1 percent of the top 1 percent. Know what made me famous? Not the endless hours of work, the 158 IQ, or the insane life story. Nope. I said masks don't work, rushed vaccines with no informed consent is ridiculous, and that men can't get pregnant. That's all. I said things that a 10 year old knows. And when they told me to lie or be destroyed, I doubled down. I said that castrating and mutilating children is evil. I said abortion is murder. I spoke simple truths, without elegance or rhetoric or a polished delivery. They couldn't shame me because I don't care what they think. They couldn't control me because I don't care about money or status or titles. This is why they hate Christianity. There is no right time to do the wrong thing, and no wrong time to do the right thing. There is no good reason to perform evil. There is no sound justification to lie. Ever. They will try to make reasons and rationalize. They will try to make the world of black and white into infinite shades of gray. This is a great untruth. Stand with ferocity and in unapologetic defiance of their demands. Straddle no fences, and offer not a single inch of tolerance to the child butchers or vaccine pushers. Do not give a single breath to their lies.

The best way to sort this out is to take Anthony Fauci to court and indict him for lying under oath to Congress. He will indicate he received a pardon, which will open the pardons and the autopen scandal up to scrutiny. thehill.com/homenews/adminis…

How does a guy get to block the sun, cover your “organic” fruit in film, insert fake meat into the supply chain, and bioengineer mosquitos to release vaccines without anyone’s consent or approval and NOT be called a supervillain?

The best way to interact with the medical system is to not need it at all. Instead of relying on insurance, appointments, and treatments that come with risks like medical error, becoming your own health authority empowers you to take control of your wellbeing.

The Crimes of Anthony Fauci Is incarceration is just a matter of time? "Never forget the evil done to the United States when Biden pardoned an accomplice to mass murder deeply involved in both the creation of the COVID-19 virus and bio-weapons development. Speculations surround his most likely profiteering from the various "pandemics" over the years, and the sudden jump in his family net worth after leaving Federal employment." Trump is NOT the problem.  The "legal community" IS the problem. The "legal community" is a sad joke.  It should be offended by Lawfare 1 and now Lawfare 2, which are destroying our judicial and legal systems.  What the propaganda media mean by the "legal community" is a bunch of leftwing, Democrat lawyers and legal professors, who are the greatest threat the rule of law has ever faced in this country. aol.com/news/legal-community…

Tech leaders continue to pontificate about when useful #quantum computers will be available – Google predicting 5-10 years, PsiQuantum claiming 2 years. Let me be clear. Useful quantum systems are available now, and D-Wave is delivering them. 100+ organizations trust us with their toughest computational problems. It’s happening now, while everyone else remains in development. $QBTS dwavesys.com/quantum-realize…

The problem with relying on MDs that are not scientifically trained is that they are taught to accept without questioning what approved “experts” tell them.

Dear Whoopi, I appreciate your perspective on my influence. However, if half the passion of your constant uninformed criticisms were directed towards exercise & diet, your health & weight would naturally improve. Open to discussing further! Best, -RFKJR (P)
