Tolkien did not become successful on his own. He surrounded himself with fellow creative people who encouraged him, challenged him, and helped him grow.
That’s how I see our community of indie authors, editors, and artists. We can create on our own, but we become better through one another’s encouragement, knowledge, and creativity.
