We would also like to thank all candidates for mayor for what has been, in general terms, a campaign centred on ideas, on the concerns of citizens, on the past, present and future of Victoria #BruceForMayor #yyjpoli #yyj

VOTE BRUCE McGUIGAN Door to door and face to face, here's what you say: -widespread discontent with @VotingHelps improv style -mistrust of newcouncil.ca slates and sharp right turns -want an honest mayor who puts VICTORIANS FIRST #yyjpoli #yyj

We voted! Thank you to my wife Susan for all her support during the campaign. #yyjpoli #yyj #VictoriaBC @BruceForMayor bruceformayor.com

LEAN AND MEAN Want a LEAN @CityOfVictoria ? We've spent by far the LEAST of all contenders for Mayor, a FRUGAL campaign Compare to @VotingHelps cost overruns and our rivals' pandering to special interests + lobbies #yyjpoli #yyj #VictoriaBC Know what I MEAN? VOTE @BruceForMayor

Our commitment is to a city where creators live and thrive, not what our current mayor has created: the 2nd least affordable city in Canada. Without affordability and limitations to developer privilege, creators won't choose Victoria neighbourhoods and build legacy here #yyjpoli

Bruce has shown developers give 40X less to public amenities compared to similar cities (N Van, Surrey). He's the only candidate backing this with data. Still no explanation from @votinghelps why Lisa gifts #VictoriaBC to developers #yyjpoli #yyj bit.ly/2CoMQYo

Bruce has made the lack of private developers' contribution to social amenities a campaign issue. Other candidates have picked up on this but not as emphatically. Still no explanation from current Mayor on why they have given developers free reign #yyjpoli vicnews.com/municipal-electi…
