.@easyJet You promised my daughter a follow-up all yesterday at 3 pm and still nothing. She urgently needs medication & wedding attire. Please don’t ruin her vacation & help her immediately.
@easyJet you sent my bag to Faro Portugal 2 days ago and it is still being held at the airport with no update. It has my bridesmaid dress for my wedding in Lake Como today and my chromes MEDICATION. PLEASE HELP ME!
.@Fly_Norwegian While that may be the case, your agent was told the instrument was valuable, the tool of @KandleOsborne ‘a trade and was in a soft-sided case all indicating it had to be handled with care. But your airline damaged it through reckless handling. Plz fix this
Max @fly_norwegian Please explain why the agent who checked in @KandleOsborne said the guitar was ok to carry on, but agent at the gate denied my daughter access and didn’t allow her to carry it on? Why this inconsistency? How will you fix this?
Hi Neil,
We're sorry to hear that the vintage guitar was damaged on one of our flights.
Please visit our website for more information about damaged baggage.

.@Fly_Norwegian You’ve damaged a vintage, collector guitar prized by @KandleOsborne , a professional musician. Why? This is an underweight, carry-on instrument. And not even a fragile sticker? You need to rectify this gaffe with $s for a repair. How is this to be accomplished?
After @Fly_Norwegian threatened to not let me board the plane unless I paid the $100 for my small 5 pound delicate instrument (they allow up to 20 pounds btw), I just found it on the floor with no fragile sticker as promised and a bent tuning peg.
