This is why I tried my hardest to convey that Christian Anderson has an All-Star level ceiling despite his perceived limitations. Super skilled, smart, competitive. That’s a winning combination at lead guard.

Anderson becomes the first high school player to commit to Michigan under Boynton. A family member of his shared this photo with @MaizenBrew of him and his brother Christian, who was originally committed to Michigan, back in 2021
NEWS: Top-75 prospect Lucai Anderson has committed to Michigan, he told ESPN. Anderson, the younger brother of Hornets PG and former Texas Tech star Christian, becomes Mike Boynton's first high school commitment since taking over for Dusty May. 6-foot-5 starting PG for IMG Academy led Germany in points and assists at FIBA U18 EuroBasket.

2026 @usabasketball Junior National Mini-Camp Notes: Really liked what I saw out of North Carolina native 6-10 2027 CJ Rosser (Southeastern Prep/Orlando FL). The talent & physical dimensions have always been there but you now can see the drive & determination to lay claim to being the best in his grad class! Perimeter shot (including a game-winning dagger in a scrimmage game) looked polished & consistent and his defensive energy was impressive. The NBA scouts I talked to there love his NBA potential. CJ was a core piece of the USA Basketball squad that won Gold at the 2026 FIBA U17 Men's World Cup in Istanbul, Turkey & was terrific at the 2026 @PangosAACamp as well (Top 30 Game pick

There’s always going to be more comments about being right about a prospect than being wrong.
Being open, transparent and wrong about a prospect leaves you on an island lol

Tolson has been working very hard this off season and will have a breakout year at Northwood! Tolson has a chance to be great @tolsonodaniel
6’7” 2029 Tolson O’Daniel (Northwood) is having a strong day, finishing above the rim in traffic, connecting on outside shots, and providing a real presence on the glass.

6’1 2030 Michai Sutton - athletic, versatile wing with a knack for coming up with loose balls. Shows good anticipation in the passing lanes and on the glass. Finishes well around the rim and continues to expand his game off the bounce. #NCFreshman40 @Phenom_Hoops

A name you NEED to file away is Zion Lawson! Been off the radar but is back & better. Highly skilled guard with a good blend of patience, speed & pace. Excellent shot maker off the bounce or catch. His versatility provides a vicious backcourt quartet with Kaharri, Major & Carter
