Due to the government announcement this evening the documentary has been moved to tomorrow evening at 7pm on BBC2. Its repeated again on Saturday at 1.15 on BBC1.

Please watch this doc from Queens Hospital explain how to relieve respiratory symptoms. For last 2 weeks I've had all symptoms of C19 (tho haven't been tested) & did this on doc husband's advice. I'm fully recovered & technique helped a lot.

Experiencing a bit of a curse with volunteers for SATURDAY MORNING (8am to 12:30) - four marshals have had to pull out last minute for various reasons.
