When your entire family has asthma - you, your brother, your father - when you find out this isn't due to the DNA of your blood, but a purposeful connection between where you live and where fossil fuel industries decide to do business, what do you do?
This is Josiah's story.

A victory for environmental justice over 6 years in the making. We're relieved that the community surrounding AllenCo will no longer breathe in the fumes and the chemicals from these toxic oil wells. Our deepest congratulations to @EsperanzaCHC and residents who fought for this.

Oil drilling is simply incompatible with healthy neighborhoods and a sustainable future for Los Angeles. Our communities need a 2,500-ft buffer and #JustTransition plan.
