We need to talk about your SoCalGas bill. If we don't act, SoCalGas will bilk ratepayers for $15.3M to establish Los Angeles as a "green" hydrogen hub. If they get their way, they will be allowed to blend hydrogen with gas, keeping the fossil fuel gas system running indefinitely.
