Hey Fraud King 👑 We’re not waiting for them to vote. You’re not allowed to have any noncitizens on your voter rolls. “Period. Full stop.” It doesn’t matter if some haven’t voted in a prior election. Stop playing games. Work with us to quickly verify the names we provided and prevent noncitizens from diluting the votes of American citizens. If you’re so convinced we’re wrong, prove it. We can clear this up in days and give everyone confidence in the upcoming election. What are you afraid of?
Trump’s DOJ is so desperate to invent “widespread voter fraud,” it sent California counties lists of people who NEVER voted — and voters from the WRONG COUNTY. Absolute clown show!

The mayor of Oakland couldn't keep her own lights on. Sheng Thao is on trial for bribery, and prosecutors just showed the jury her texts. December 2022: can't afford rent. PG&E bill over $1,000. Water $800. And that same day her boyfriend is chasing a check from the fixer at the center of the whole alleged scheme. May 2023: the power gets shut off. $6,000 to turn it back on. By November the bill is $3,000 and she is telling him to turn off the lights. Read that again. The mayor of a major American city had her power cut off while she was allegedly selling her office to the highest bidder. And meanwhile the rest of us pay some of the highest electricity rates in America and get bombarded with idiotic PG&E commercials patting themselves on the back for keeping the lights on, like we should thank them for charging us a fortune to do the one job they exist to do. And Gavin Newsom? He inherited the golden goose. The greatest state in America, the best economy in the nation, handed to him on a silver platter. He didn't build any of it. He just makes everything worse and more expensive, and brags about it the whole time. And he brags about it all from a $9.1 million mansion in Kentfield, his kids in a private school in Ross that costs over $70,000 a year, while the middle class either gets fleeced or leaves California. Oh, and the guy on trial for bribing the mayor. Here he is in a photograph with his buddy Gavin himself.
Day 6 of the Sheng Thao trial. Prosecutors played a 2019 recording of then-Councilmember Sheng Thao talking to Andy Duong about a closed-session discussion on California Waste Solutions. She named names. “Noel, fucking Dan, and Loren kept bringing it up,” she said. “It was mainly Dan.” She told him Rebecca Kaplan was concerned and that Loren Taylor would “shut the fuck up” if Larry Reid stepped in. Then she added, “We don’t need people hearing us talk” and “We don’t want to be seen with you guys.” The same day the jury heard texts from Thao and Andre Jones about money. In December 2022 she told him to “pay the fucking rent” while PG&E was over $1,000 and the water bill was around $800. In January a check from Mario Juarez hit Jones’s account the same day she pressed him on rent. Later, after she was mayor, she texted that the power had been shut off and reconnection would cost $6,000. By November she was telling him to turn off the lights because she “cannot pay” a $3,000 bill. Barclay also walked through a roughly 100-page Evolutionary Homes group chat that never included Jones, plus emails and an org chart that left him off the government-relations side. A $35,000 check from the company still went to him in November 2023. On a separate recording Andy Duong told Thao, “You need to get your shit together. If you want to continue for another term, you better start acting right.” The defense started cross-examination by pointing out that Oakland never bought the housing units and never extended the recycling contract. One juror was excused. Trial continues next week.

In 1912, Tokyo sent Washington 3,000 cherry trees. You know that part. Here's the part almost nobody in America knows. Three years later, America sent something back. Dogwood trees. Your tree. Japan fell in love with it. Today the dogwood is one of the most common street trees in Japan. Every spring, millions of Japanese people walk to work under your flowers. Most of them have no idea where they came from. One of the original trees is still alive. It stands outside a high school in Tokyo. 26 feet tall. More than 110 years old. Then came September 11th. A Japanese singer was so moved by what happened in New York that she wrote a song about peace, and named it after your tree. "Hanamizuki." Dogwood. It's a wish that the people you love will be happy for a hundred years. It became one of the most-sung karaoke songs in Japan. My sister played it at her wedding. So tonight, somewhere in Japan, in a tiny karaoke room, someone is singing about an American tree, born from an American tragedy, wishing someone a hundred happy years. America, you gave us a tree. We gave it a song.

It's simple. California does not verify citizenship status. We did the work for them. We obtained the registered voter list and told them who we believe are noncitizens on their rolls. Knowingly processing noncitizen ballots is a federal crime under 18 U.S.C. §§ 611 and 2. We will hold election officials accountable. No one is above the law.

On the subject of borders.
Huge decision from the 5th Circuit. Illegal aliens arrested by ICE can, in fact, be detained without bond, even if they’ve lived in the U.S. for decades, overturning three lower Fed judges. From concurrence: “A nation ceases to be a nation if it can't protect its borders." This was an 11-6 ruling with the entirely of the 5th Circuit (en banc).

🧵 The climate change hysteria fad has come and gone. However, the 1000-year-old, Jeffrey Pine tree stumps remain in the West Walker River in Mono County, in eastern California. These stumps are direct evidence of severe, natural climate change that produced 100-year “mega droughts” during the Medieval Warm Period.
Scott Adams explores possible reasons why the climate change hysteria has suddenly vanished. • It was funded by billionaires for profit, but funding dried up • AI industry's energy needs overshadow climate concerns • Greta Thunberg's shift to other causes undermines her climate focus • Europe's financial woes reveal climate as a "luxury belief" • All data is fake Which do you think is most likely? @scottadamssays

We are charging illegal voters with federal criminal offenses and taking California to court. California’s election systems have been unsecured for years. When I was in the legislature, I raised the issue of noncitizens voting and was ignored. Now we have evidence that at least 20,000 noncitizens are likely receiving ballots.

As a convicted criminal and attorney, you should know a federal judge reviewed and approved the arrest warrants for all defendants. We stand by our cases. More arrests of noncitizens who voted in California are coming. We will not let you disenfranchise any American citizen by diluting their vote.
If it ends up being the case that First Assistant US Attorney Bill Essayli falsely charged lawful residents of registering to vote when they did not actually do so, in this highly sensationalized and publicized lawsuit, he should not only lose his bar license, but he should be personally sued for defamation and criminally investigated for misusing his office and the power of the Department of Justice. latimes.com/california/story…
