When $AMD was at $80. Me: “I’m convinced. AMD will be the next $1T giant.”
I’m now convinced: AMD will become the next $1T giant. Not because I said so. Because Mark Zuckerberg just did. This Meta earnings call was historic — and 99% of investors missed it. Let’s break it down. 🧵👇

Literally doesn’t matter. Catalysts don’t move stock prices long term.
$ASTS Analyst Updates 👇 🟢 Clear Street: Buy — $115 🟢 Roth: Buy — $108 🟢 Deutsche Bank: Buy (↑ from Hold) — $93 🟢 Berenberg: Buy — $92 🟢 Scotiabank: Sector Outperform (↑ from Sector Perform) — $55.70 🟡 Bank of America: Hold — $80 🟡 B. Riley: Neutral (↓ from Buy) — $65 🟡 Piper Sandler: Neutral (↓ from OW) — $54 (from $98) 🟡 UBS: Neutral — ~$78 Average price target: ~$75–80 Most analysts remain constructive on the strategic setup, but price targets vary widely. Bull Case 🟢 • SpaceX becoming a carrier could push AT&T, Verizon & T-Mobile toward neutral partnerships. • Spectrum value supports a large part of enterprise value. • Next-gen SpaceX D2D still depends on Starship (~2028, unproven cadence). • ASTS remains positioned ahead in commercial broadband timing. Bear Case 🟡 • Launch cadence and timeline delays. • Falcon 9 dependency and New Glenn constraints. • Potential pricing pressure and launch-access competition from SpaceX.

Bending Spoons believes there is a universal set of organisational properties and value-creation processes that, when systematically implemented, optimise free cash flow generation. $BSP &, they have instantiated this into an underlying proprietary “ontology”. Interesting…
Bending Spoons is the most hated company in tech right now and I think they’re right they bought Evernote, cut the free plan down to 50 notes and tripled the price 64% of downloads disappear but revenue went up 39% one guy left a review saying “20 years of my free notes held hostage for $26 a month” 💀 bro used it for free for 20 years and he’s mad about $26 then they bought WeTransfer, which was making about $830K a month on mobile it’s at $4.6M a month now with the same downloads it has the same users but makes 5x the money, and everyone on the internet still calls them evil meanwhile half the app founders on here have 50K free users, a $4.99 plan nobody upgrades to, and they’re asking how to scale TikTok ads most tech founders know nothing about finances and charging people, they just know how to make tech they're not making a bad product nobody wants to pay for, they're just horrible at charging people for it put the feature people open your app for behind the paywall and double the price, the freeloaders will leave and the people who stay were your real customers all along if your app is good enough that people would cry about losing it, charge like it

Pretty much. As of the past few weeks, debt markets have almost entirely shut off access to money for any company that doesn’t have substantial revenue independent of AI data centers. SpaceX closed $40B of debt for GPUs, but we’re investment grade and have Starlink & launch revenue. That means the 200+ neoclouds are going to see guppy-level death and consolidation. Some will make it through, but not many.

If Bending Spoons can implement the Tedelyn playbook, it's game-time. A few concerns, but worth watching.

Taken directly from the article : “At the time of the allegedly misleading reporting Isilon's CEO was Steve Goldman. He and Fuhlendorf left the company in October 2007, with Sujal Patel returning to the CEO role to recover the company's reputation and position, which he has accomplished.” theregister.com/off-prem/200…

I have no position in $NAUT (0 intention of opening one). Just an interesting piece of management history. Something interesting I found while researching Nautilus Biotechnology ($NAUT). Its CEO, Sujal Patel, previously founded Isilon Systems, which was involved in an accounting scandal. In 2009, the SEC charged Isilon's former CFO with securities fraud for improperly recognised revenue. Patel was also named in shareholder lawsuits, with a securities class action eventually settling for $15 million. To be clear, Patel was not personally charged with fraud by the SEC. Patel was not CEO when the irregularities occurred, but he was both a senior executive (CTO) and a board director. ... 1 / 2

2001: Patel co-founded Isilon and served as its initial CEO until August 2003. 2003 to October 2007: Patel served as CTO, while Steve Goldman was CEO. 2006 to early 2007: The accounting irregularities involving approximately $4.8 million in improperly recognised revenue occurred. October 2007: Patel returned as CEO following Goldman's departure. 2008: Isilon restated its financial statements, and Patel was named in shareholder lawsuits. 2009: The SEC charged former CFO Stuart Fuhlendorf with securities fraud. Worth looking into. 2 /2

I’m betting my entire net worth on 5 predictions: (from $6.34 $PLTR investor) → $DUOL= dominates global education. → $HIMS= $1T giant in 10 years. → $PLTR= $2T as AI ontology grows. → $AMD= crushes NVIDIA via chiplets. → $META= $5T AI giant. $DUOL $1000 thesis 👇
