🚨 $FPS New Tijuana Factory Hiring Activity Could Signal an Early Expansion Ramp!
New recruiting posts suggest Forgent Power Solutions is preparing to begin operations at a new manufacturing facility in Tijuana.
Key positions being recruited:
• Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Manager
• Environmental, Health & Safety Manager
• Human Resources Manager
• Production, Maintenance & Materials Management
One recruiter even stated that operations at the new plant would begin “very soon.”
Recall, Forgent announced a $35M Powertrain expansion, expected to deliver:
• 50%+ additional manufacturing capacity
• $800M in annual revenue capacity
• $5.8B in total company revenue capacity
Management originally targeted April–June 2027 for the expansion to become operational.
Given Forgent’s strong execution history and accelerated hiring, could this expansion come online ahead of schedule?
I would not bet against it.
Either way, this is an encouraging sign that Forgent is preparing to ramp production and convert its growing backlog into revenue!

$NAUT We are now in price discovery
I have 40,860 shares of $NAUT in total across two accounts. Average is about 1.45. At 2.25 that is around 91,935 dollars worth and up about 32,557 dollars on the day.
I wanted to share it transparently because I think it is a good example of how I think about size.
In five years I think this position is either worth 500k plus or it is worth zero. I do not think there is a slow middle outcome here. It is biotech, so it comes down to trial data, FDA, and whether they need to raise cash and dilute. Any of those can change everything.
That is why the size is intentional. To some this is a large amount , to others it’s very very small. If this goes to zero, my overall plan does not change at all. If it works, it becomes a very meaningful outcome. I have learned that if you size something so a zero would hurt, you will never actually hold it long enough to see if you are right.
Not advice, just how I am holding this and trying to do it responsibly.
Very intriguing company. Phase 3 immuno-oncology developing three technologies and therapeutics to overcome primary & acquired resistance to existing cancer immunotherapies. Small position started today. Potential drug approval early 27’ $HURA
Oppenheimer says the selloff in industrial-efficiency stocks has created a better setup into Q3 earnings, with lower valuations and expectations leaving room for upside. Its top picks are Forgent Power Solutions $FPS, Trane Technologies $TT, Caterpillar $CAT and Toro $TTC — with data-center exposure still a major swing factor.

Forgent Power Solutions is a pure-play on the electrical infrastructure powering the AI revolution.
Transformers, switchgear, power distribution units, modular power skids, and integrated powertrain solutions.
Data centers are a major growth engine, and this is one of the biggest bottlenecks in the entire AI infrastructure buildout. You can build the data center, but you still need the power equipment to turn it on.
FY2026 revenue hit $1.42B, up 89% YoY, while Q4 revenue reached $462M, up 94%. Management guided FY2027 revenue to $2.4–2.6B, representing roughly 76% growth at the midpoint.
Powertrain Solutions grew 259% for the full year as demand for integrated, modular power systems accelerated. This is scalability meeting a market desperate for more capacity.
Now look at the numbers that matter most. $3B in year-end backlog, up 256% YoY.
Q4 bookings reached $1.503B, up 375% YoY, with a 3.3x book-to-bill ratio. FPS booked more than three dollars of orders for every dollar of revenue shipped.
More than 90% of FY2027 revenue guidance was already covered by backlog, providing substantial visibility as new manufacturing capacity comes online.
PROFITABILITY IS RAMPING WITH IT.
FY2026 GAAP net income reached $106M, up 508%, while adjusted net income hit $207.6M, up 136%.
Adjusted EBITDA reached $323M, up 91%, with Q4 margins expanding to 24.4%.
Management expects FY2027 adjusted EBITDA of $575–625M and adjusted EPS of $1.26–$1.40.
The company also generated $109M in operating cash flow, although $116M in capital expenditures shows why improving cash conversion remains important.
The stock previously traded near $66 before correcting into the high-$20s to low-$30s area. The $28–30 region is a potential support zone to watch, with RSI previously in the mid-30s.
At around $30–31, the forward valuation looks considerably more attractive relative to the projected growth. I’m watching for a potential bounce, but support must hold and buyers still need to confirm the reversal.
I’m watching $FPS closely. Record orders, explosive revenue growth, expanding margins, and massive AI power demand make this one worth keeping on your radar during the pullback.
DON’T BLINK. DO YOUR HOMEWORK.
