Potentially the biggest slate of the year this weekend… and the wife mentions that we’ll be going to the city holiday market Saturday. Oof.
Beat Stanford by 54.
Beat Virginia by 44.
Beat Cal by 34 on the road.
Beat NC State by 24 on the road.
Beat Louisville (on the road) by the same margin that Ole Miss did.
But, they lost one singular game to the best team in College Football so they get shoved down to #16 and treated like crap, while 2-loss SEC teams get gifted spots in the Top 5.
Unbelievable.

Comparing AP poll positions to CFP positions and noticing something
Alabama ⬆️ 4 spots
Texas ⬆️ 3 spots
Tennessee ⬆️ 3 spots
Kentucky ⬆️ 2 spots
Ole Miss ⬆️ 2 spots
South Carolina ⬆️ 2 spots
LSU ⬆️ 1 spot
Mizzou ⬆️ 1 spot
Florida ⬆️ 1 spot
What do all these teams have in common? 🤔 I wonnnnder…
A moment that altered Florida State’s program and Mike Norvell’s life.
Who knows what happens if they reach the CFP that year and play in the Rose Bowl.
What transfers and recruits they might’ve landed as a result of that accomplishment.
But winning all of their games wasn’t good enough (because a certain conference had to be coddled) and FSU has since gone downhill and Norvell has been fired.
Starting to think Indiana just likes messing around and then immediately scoring a touchdown as soon as overtime starts.

If I had a dollar for every time this man complains or bitches. My goodness. Who gives a fuck. Just go coach the team & win man stop crying. Win the damn conference & you automatically in! Your team has a higher payroll than everyone. Why you don't talk about that
NEW: Texas head coach Steve Sarkisian says the SEC is cannibalizing itself with a nine-game conference schedule👀
"Any way you slice it, it’s eight more losses. So if you are fortunate enough to be part of that discussion from the committee, how much is the committee going to value one more conference game in the SEC, right?"
He added: "To some degree we put the cart before the horse."

I've never seen a league prepare everyone for losing more than the SEC this year. The Big Ten has played 9 since 2017. The Big 12 since 2011. The PAC 12 did it and was the reason they got screwed every year in the CFP era.
There is no doubt a 9-3 team will get in but the nonstop whining about it is ridiculous

Replying to @AggiesRecruitEx
You wrote a whole paragraph to say a football coach wants his team to have a chance. Meanwhile the SEC is lobbying for 24 teams so it can stuff the bracket with 8-4 teams, but sure, the guy at Oregon State is the problem.
If only Cal, Oregon, and USC didn’t have to travel across the country every week. Maybe they would occasionally win.
