This afternoon I joined @RepAndreCarson, @IndyDMD, and community partners @CHIPIndy @iyg_indy to announce $9.4 million in @HUDgov funding for homelessness resources in Indianapolis. This number represents more than double the annual funds we received in 2016 for these services.

Yesterday @HUDgov announced that the City of Indianapolis will receive $3.88 million to help end youth homelessness.
Our Community Investments team will work with the @CHIPIndy to utilize this funding.
Today, @SecretaryCarson announced $75 million to support youth homeless programs across the country. Working with young adults who have experienced homelessness, local communities can build and continue programs that support their housing needs. hud.gov/press/press_releases…
