Why are so many cfb coaches struggling to answer questions at press conferences without becoming defensive, childish, or rude? I get it, some members of the media can be difficult. But if they can’t manage without losing composure, imagine what players are learning from them. Explains why some of these teams suck.

The Browns’ run game is trash. But it doesn’t have to be. And the players aren’t entirely to blame. Time to take a closer look at what Browns are doing schematically, why it’s not working, and what they’re giving away before the ball is even snapped. ➡️open.substack.com/pub/lechar… 🦴

More context on why the Browns’ run game struggles aren’t solely on the players, especially Judkins. In 2020, Watson LED the NFL in passing. Houston avg 64yds rushing per gm, and the Texans were 4-12. Watson BALLED…Run game was TRASH…TEAM sucked. It’s 2026. Watson isn’t carrying an offense anymore. The Browns need to build around who he IS, not who he WAS.

Great insight from @64AMDG here
What a terrific conversation that was with @64AMDG about Jalen Sundell and the Seahawks offensive line. Fascinating person and great insights. Plus, he's got a take on Anthony Bradford you'll want to hear. 🎙️ patreon.com/hawkblogger/post… 📺 youtube.com/live/s-glqcYPq6Q

The best leaders ask the best questions. I wrote The OL Parent Playbook to help parents navigate recruiting, NIL, development, injuries, agents, and the business of football with greater clarity.⬇️ lecharlesbentley.substack.co… #AMDG

The sooner players understand the NFL isn’t designed around their development, the sooner they’ll learn to navigate the business like professionals. ⬇️⬇️ lecharlesbentley.substack.co… #OLEconomics

The KEY part of development is a player willing to work — and a coach willing to push the standard. @HinzmanCarson continues to challenge himself & credit to coach @TylerBowen for expanding his overall skill-set & upholding the standard. Let’s get another Rimington🏆 GoBucks🌰

This is one of the biggest lies players believe: “If I play well, everything else takes care of itself.” That’s not how the NFL works for offensive linemen. You can be “better”— and still be less valuable. ⬇️ lecharlesbentley.substack.co… #AMDG

Honored to receive the Ohio’s Finest Award at THE Ohio State Spring Clinic. Appreciate @ryandaytime and the entire staff for the recognition. The standard doesn’t change. Go Bucks‼️🌰

Most players don’t actually FEEL the work — which is why pad level can be slow to improve. Here’s a way to help them feel it. ⬇️ lecharlesbentley.substack.co… #AMDG

Pad level: It’s not about bending more — it’s about producing force in the right positions. More chutes. More yelling “get your pads down.” All of it moves us farther from the solution.⬇️ substack.com/home/post/p-193… #AMDG

You’re watching the result of alignment. Talent. Work ethic. Character. @ParisJohnsonJr continues to ascend because the person matches the player. #AMDG

At the NFL level, TRAIT LIMITATIONS become problems when process breaks down. A 4.2 DB doesn’t need to run faster. An offensive lineman doesn’t NEED longer arms. Traits amplify process — they don’t replace it. Build cleaner decisions and better sequencing. #AMDG

In 2008 when LeSean McCoy beat Notre Dame by himself! This might be one of the more underrated performances in college football history! @JJ_Kitchen40
