If you're in the Manchester or Liverpool area this weekend, do pop by these Windrush celebration events which will also be providing support to people affected by the #Windrush injustices.
Greetings of the season & thank you for your support throughout this challenging year. It's been difficult, especially for those living in fear of persecution, of hostile measures & of being forced apart from loved ones not for one day, but permanently. Together we will win.

The Home Secretary said today her vision is for "a fair, humane... & outward-looking Home Office." This has been said repeatedly by her & others before. What we need now is to see some action which includes an overhaul of discriminatory legislation & hostile policies & practices.
