Also known as a clean opinion, this is the best report an auditor can give an organization. The review examined EFA application data, ClassWallet transactions, receipts, financial controls, and program operations, confirming that everything is accurate, compliant, and well-managed. 📉 Administrative rate declined to 7.83%. This rate – the percentage of funds used to administer EFAs – sits well below the overhead typical among nonprofits. 💛 92.17% of all EFA funding goes directly to children for eligible educational expenses, reflecting CSFNH’s disciplined management and strong commitment to fiscal stewardship.
