Some rapid response team you guys have.
Following the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision to stay the District Court’s ruling that would have protected voting rights for young people in New Hampshire, Democratic Leader Rep. Alexis Simpson (D-Exeter) releases the following statement #NHPolitics

ALT Text in graphic reads: ""The Court's decision to reinstate Secretary Scanlan's overly broad interpretation of Republicans’ voter ID law is misguided and at odds with our democratic traditions. Excluding student IDs as secondary forms of identification is a targeted infringement on young people’s voting rights and clearly goes beyond even the letter of Republicans’ draconian voter ID law. I encourage everyone in the Granite State to plan ahead and reach out to their local election officials if they have questions about when, where, and how to vote on November 3rd." Democratic Leader Rep Alexis Simpson (D-Exeter). October 23rd, 2026."

1. What specific number is adequate funding?
2. If property taxes are an objectionable source for this revenue, state the specific tax and rate you propose as an alternative.

Assuming the 11% unsure ALL
break for “no”, this measure passes in most towns across the state, failing only in heavily Dem areas like Portsmouth, Dover, Hanover.
As for Question 2 (whether to cap property tax spending for schools), @nhiop finds 57% support, 32% oppose, 11% unsure. This falls short of 60% majority needed; if accurate it means this will pass in some towns, fail in others.

They failed in the House. They failed in the Senate. They failed in court three times.
Their final play: make @$*# up and break the law.
Nearly every state in this Union has a more restrictive tax cap, imposed statewide, than this local cap that NH towns may adopt on Nov 3.
Granite Staters are sick and tired of runaway property tax bills, and the union's illegal bullying won't scare them away from supporting a reasonable limit. Vote yes on Question 2 on November 3. - @Osborne4NH

Democrats are literally telling you they’re going to take more of your money. They are even campaigning on it. It comes in the form of “the state needs to pay more”. Don’t be deceived.

“Having campaigned around Don Bolduc over the years, I often listened to him and wondered whether it was ignorance or the instincts of a closet Democrat that shaped his understanding of public issues. Now, with his endorsement of Chris Pappas, I have my answer: it was both.” - RNC Committeeman Bill O'Brien.

The election is mere weeks away. NH is a spec of sense in a sea of blue, and that spec could be washed out on Nov. 3rd.
Will we allow that to happen? It's up to you, the voters.
At this point I'm supposed to ask you to donate to my campaign, but today I am not doing that. Instead, I'm going to ask everyone to donate to the Committee to Elect House Republicans. The reason is simple: This is the crunch-time in election season when we stop worrying about our individual campaigns and focus on the entire team making it across the finish line, and @CTEHR is excellent at mobilizing your donations quickly and effectively... even when the election is so close we can almost smell it.
Please, donate today, and THANK YOU.

NH Democrats' so called "3-3 Plan" would be the largest tax hike in NH history, including a $1 billion income tax.
House Republicans answered with an amendment to ban an income tax for good. Democrats voted no.
That tells you everything you’ll ever need to know.
